That was some kiss, it felt like hours passed, "Nice. Okay. This could be fun. But ..onto other work for now"

"Oh?" He looks pleasantly dazed.

"Yes, club to run" A wink and she pushes him lightly to create space.

A grumpy grunt, but he releases her and heaves himself up to follow; after all, one must enjoy the view when one can.

And she gives him a show to enjoy as he follows.

Ahem As the narrator was saying... even a safe trip in the dreaming is still the Dreaming.. .so after two trod hops to get where they need to be, Dagmar is feeling full of wonder and excitement. There's no blood on Flyswater, but she does have the world's smallest thunderstorm in the palm of her hand... where she picked it up, she's not sure, but it has a little scowly face and threatens to zap folks.. it's adorable

Dag grins. "It's so angry!"

"Well, wouldn't you be if you were a tempest that could actually fit in a teapot?" Tove covers her smile, but not very well "By Sif, it's adorable"

"I should name it."

The storm cranklily protests this by sending lightning down on Dagmar's hand..which merely causes her fingers to tickle and her hair to rise

"don't we have enough pets at the house?" Tove inquires

"No?"

She snerks, the "Well, whatever you name that little storm cloud aren't you worried it will rain on the carpet? A LOT? I'm not sure one can house break a cloud"

"Maybe it could live in the kitchen?"

"We'll think about it... and ahem, smooth your hair, we're here"

Dagmar pats her unruly puffs and shrugs.

They head over the hill and she realizes it is much warmer here, where are they? They... She looks down and below, she sees a hold....oh, it's not the grandest hold she's seen, but around it... horses! Lots and lots of horses

"Ohhh..."

"Oh, did I mention this hold is a horse ranch?"

"And you didn't want me to come?"

Tove smiles 'Of course I did... If you said no, I would have told you then isntead of now. I just wanted it to be a surprise if I could... "

The Liam banners flutter proudly over the small holding

A grin. "You knew I'd insist, huh?"

"...Liam? I didn't know Liam actually had their own holds..."

"I knew how protective my daughter is" she says

"A few, and mostly in blighted urban areas... but this one is.. . well, they have allies. I think it's not just a LIam hold oddly, there's also some commoners. Anyway... there aree sidhe here but a lot of boggans and..."

"and horses..." siiigh.

A granddame sidhe trots up, like all her kind, she's gorgeous, but she's merely beautiful... if not for her kith, she'd be average...almost plain, but there's a friendly tilt to her jaw line that adds character and her hair is in a braid. Her voile is a bit no nonsense, riding leathers rather than shining armor, "Skald Tove"

The sidhe's plainness means that she loses out to the horse.. Dagmar leaning around Tove to get a better look.

The fae steed under is glorious ,a Tennessee Walker, not that Dagmar knows those, that has an almost field marshal swagger like he owns the country side but isn't a dick about it, enchantment makes his dark coat seem like layers and layers of chocolate, and his white blaze is like a moon begining to wax

His lines are strong, muscular, and if one finds beauty in horses, then yes he's gorgeous.

"Dame Hazel" Tove inclines her head "This is Dagmar, Dame of House Gwydion, Thane of Rivervale, and my daughter" Proud

"Oh... hi." Right. Manners. A bow.

"Well, hello," Dame Hazel smiles, "I can see you're admiring Pudding, not that his ego needs it. Don't worry , we have breeds big enough for trolls too, IF your'e interested"

WIDE eyes. "Yes, please?"

"Tove told me that while she puts on a show for the children, well, you've heard a lot of her songs so if we'd be so kind..." Hazel explains turning to lead them down "let you get a look and maybe a ride while you were here. I hear Rivervale is lovely mind .. oh, and I appreciate the bow but no need for that after the first one. I'm th e only noble here. Mostly it's me, my husband, and a few others." She gestures to the banner "That's mostlyh to let my House mates know they're safe here."

As they come into view, more horses, in one area, one boy, sickly looking almost, is stroking a horse and his eyes seem to gain life as if he realizes that there is something outside himself. The boggan helping them both nods and gives encouraging words. In another area, a girl's wheel chair is at the side, as she rides having four legs of a steed under her rather than the two that failed her

"We have a Liam. He's nice."

"Sir Franklyn is a gem" Tove agrees. "Of course, to us he's Mountain Frank"

"I've ridden a horse once. Her name was Blueberry, and she was huge..."

"Well that's good, I bet you could handle Pippin then" she smiles

"Pippin?" Tove says "Like the hobbit?"

"Yes, he's a Shire horse, which is a very big breed" Hazel says

"That seems ironic."

"My husband said the same" Hazel says fondly "But we're happy to have him despite how much he can eat"

Tove smiles "Pippin or your husband?"

Dame Hazel laughs at that, "Both."

"Is your husband a sidhe, too?"

"Not hardly" She calls... "Honey, Tove the skald is here... could you bring out Pippin?"
