There is a spot to park the truck as they pull up to what to mortal eyes looks like a derilict amusement park. Siv sighs, her weapons in a container. "Do you think I have to give up the cutlass? I did win it fair and square. The knife? yeah, stole that"

"We'll go in, talk to the Count.... and as we are agreed, we'll do."

"I guess," Siv sighs "I know in my head real heroes don't need momentos, but while I'm mature enough to know it in my head... " A grumble "Me heart is still a wilder teen and making noise. Sorry"

Frank regards his daughter... and nods. "If you wish to wear your blade.... Do."

"No no, It's not the wearing it's the keeping and...well, we'll see. I'll not give insult and..." Her eyes light up "Oh dad, it's beautiful" A the Ferris wheel comes into view and becomes the Fairy's Wheel, burning bright with glamour and Bale it casts its light all over the place. The roller coaster clatters on Silver lines, the horses at the carousel come alive and snort and prance. And the people, so many kinian or just enchanted mortal, talk and laugh in bright and colorful outfits right beside a few kithain who enjoy fairy floss

"It has it's own attraction." He agrees.

"ANd the sea...." She almost loses track of where they're going to head towards the shore unless he redirects her

"Lady." Frank bows. "Sir Franklyn, House Liam. My daughter, Siv King. When the Count is available, we would seek an audience."

"I believe he's finishing up right now, please, follow me. Would you like some repast before you meet him formally? We can get food, and not just cotton candy and hotdogs"

Frank checks with Siv.

"Actually, a hot dog sounds fast AND good." SHe says "if you don't mind me saying?" She eyes a cart "how about you dad? One Dog for you too? "

"Sure." Under the stoicism, loving indulgence. "Two, please. And cokes?"

"Sure thing" the Kinian seems a touch mixed but must have some boggan in him.

"Thank you." And he follows Lady Whitecrest's directions.

Hot dogs are serv ed expertly, and the two soon are munching happily, napkins handy for after

Mustard and ketchup for Frank.

Same for his daughter, though she throws in some tiny pickle bits and enjoys. It truly is quite good. And it's hard Not to eat them quickly "That was marvelous"

Frank approves.

Napkins and making sure they're still respectable, Lady Whitecrest smiles "Glad you like. Please this way" She leads them through a rift of the fire, and into the wheel

Always a little alarming, this entry..... Frank follows, guiding Siv as needed. Or maybe, just a little more.

"It's like it could eat us" She mutters

Jude truly seems eternal, even after decades leading back to the very start of 69, the man ages slowly. His dark eyes sparkle with delight as Beverly introduces them.

"Your excellency, Sir Franklyn of House Liam, Mountain and Shaman of Rivervale, friend to the court; and his daughter Siv. Gentles, this is Count Jude, ruler of Ardent harbor and the County of the Conch." She introduces all

And Siv bows, her case in her free hand , the one with the weapons carefully boxed

Frank bows as well. "Excellency."

Jude rises from his seat, "Well this is a delight and a surprise. " He gives a very slight bow in return, then offers his hand to his House brother "Franklyn, besides a truck, what brings you? "

Frank takes the hand, careful not to crush it in his grip. " my daughter." He motions her to step forward.

"Hello, your excellency. Pleased to meet you," She says and offers her Hand.

Jude grins, and takes it.

The shake is firm, polite "Nice to meet you too, Siv"

" she acquired something on Carnival . We thought it best that you have it for disposal."

"It's a weapon " She says "Well, two, but only the knife was the one I found on Carnival. The cutlass was what got me into Carnival..." And she opens the case, and explains as she did to her mother and father.

Jude's face runs a gambit of reactions, then "You....stole the dreamer, the knife, and got away with it?" He breaks out laughing "You're the Biloxi Stranger!"

"Biloxi..what?" She blinks

"The ...what??"

"You turned the fellow over to a liam' A smile "it's a small house. I have connections. Your story matches an interesting bit on record. Your father has told you I hope that we're fantastic record keepers, we Liams"

Then frank confesses ignorance, a sigh "Oh Sir Franklyn, you don't keep in the loop enough. I need to send you a missive more often."

"There was... a quest, and a funeral, and... we've been a bit busy. "

"And on the road" Siv adds "Liam has records of me?" She looks at her dad

"Of course."

"Well, that's not creepy at all" She mutters
