"Then we were flying!"

"Yes," Brekke interrupts. "But how exactly did you obtain this bubble?"

The childling sidhe girl inclines her head to the Chieftain, scrutinizing her

Siv looks at her mom, "You know how you hate it when I weasel around a truth? ANd even I agree I do it too much?"

"Looking for softball stuff. Siv said Vali had all kinds of stuff we could use..."

"We were"

The Countess turns her attention to Vali.

Vali raises a brow, "Didn't I have a lock on that?"

"I don't remember a lock..." She looks at Siv.

Brekke listens to the girls, her eyebrow arching...and Vali gets a look as well.

Then, "Siv...did Vali say you could go into his belongings?"

"We'll look into the lock as well," Vali says "Chief, I did tell her she was free to use my sports supplies anytime. As for the Egress, that was a little trinket I picked up meant to whisk Gerd to safety... ie here, if all else ever was lost at Rivervale. It can be preset. When the girls twisted it, it took them right here, where I trusted that Gerd would be shielded under the eyes of the Countess. "

"I'm honored."

"And I'm apologetic" Vali says "I Should have informed both you, Countess, and you, Chieftain, of this plan before I set any coordinates or stored it so carelessly"

Jaymes gives Vali a look like he'd really like to talk to him after this.

Brekke takes a deep breath and exhales. "Well. Now we know. No harm was intended to either of them, and they are both safe."

She raises a hand.

Siv returns the key to Vali sheepishly

"Yes, Dagmar?"

"Could we see the hold? Please?"

Tiffany fusses, "it's boring really, typical dragon, typical lunariium, typical dungeon, typical tower for the holding of princesses"

Brekke starts to respond, then stops, then looks to Thea. "That is up to the Countess. Excellency, I apologize on their behalf for the inconvenience this has caused."

Siv's mouth opens at TIffany "You have a princess locked I nthe.. oh … right. Pooka. Got excited." Blush

"Easy for you to say. You all have seen, like, hundreds of freeholds..."

Vali fights a slightly losing battle with a smile and looks to the Countess "If you want me to play guide? I could offer to show them around to the backs of curtains where their feet stick out, the statues that one can try to stand next to hoping no one notices blue skin, you know, all the old haunts"

She considers the question, then nods. "Adelaide, will you please play tour guide, as well?"

"I would be honored' Adelaide says with a curtsey, "It was lovely to meet you, Baroness, Sir Frankllyn, Goodman Jaymes" ANd she leads the widler girls on with Vali

"Baroness, will you go with, you and your.... escorts? Or will you take your ease here?"

Vali bows, "This way, Dagmar, Siv. I'll show you the best places to be a troll spy."

"Spy, huh? I think I'm too loud to be a spy... and tall.."

"So was I, I didn't say I was a good Spy" Vali says and goes off to show them, with Adelaide's help, some of the locales, though not everything, and certainly there will be many secrets unexplored or even mentioned

Dagmar is just excited to see some place "new"

A brief deliberation. "I cannot speak for Frank or Jaymes, but for myself, I am reluctant to allow the girls too far out of my sight right now. I will accompany them on the tour."

Siv thinks tis right grand in a sinister sort of way. Hopefully she words it gentler than that

"Actually, Baroness, I need a word with you. Before you depart."

"I'll watch them, Chief" Jaymes says and nods going after. His own etiquette is a bit weak

Brekke watches the girls go...and Jaymes with them...and restrains a sigh. "Of course, Excellency." She looks to Frank for what he'll choose to do.

Frank glances at Siv following the group, nods to Brekke, and goes on the tour.

Dag seems unbothered by Jaymes' company - giving him a quick grin and then pointing out "cool" things to him as readily as to Siv or Vali...

Brekke clears her throat and asks, "How can I help you, Excellency?"

Jaymes nods and grunts. THough he might actually smile against his will to notice she's happy

"Mmm. I'm sure I don't know. But I might be able to be of assistance to you."

And she IS. It doesn't seem to hae occurred to her that she should have been scared by any part of her "adventure" so far.

Her brow knits for a moment. "I was not aware I was in need of assistance, beyond locating the girls."

"Of course."

Vali speaks on "See that's where I broke the pedestal where a bust was on. I caught the bust, but the pedestal was damaged. So ...I tried to act like the pedestal and held it up hoping no one would notice. The Countess did, of course, but didn't bat an eye as she had tea with a friend while I held there. ...THEN my arms got heavy.....and the poor stone head looked like it was at a headbanger concert"

"Are you aware of their... differences?"

She tenses. A quiet moment. "I am not sure what you are referring to, Excellency."

"Why is there a Volkswagon in the garden?" Peering out.

"you have to be a level three initiate to be told that secret" Vali informs her
