As Halloween closes in on Rutgers, not there yet, of course, but stronger, it must be said that the local near dreaming is shifting. For one thing, everyone is wearing voile... yes, even the sons of adam and daughters of eve , though of course they can't see it. Maybe it is their halloween plans, maybe it is what they wish they could wear taking form, maybe it is the guys wishing they could see the gals dressed in scantily?

that last may have merit, as even kithain voile is influenced.

It's still days from Halloween and Sylvi's voile is looking more like a somewhat revealing costume

(She Devil, Vampiress, Anime character, or Witch among possiblities)

(Definitely She Devil.) This doesn't bother Sylvi one bit, and her strut is struttier as she crosses the campus to and from class.

Dagmar, on the other hand, might be irked? Someone keeps slapping sexier voile on her too... be it She-Hulk green, or a Luisa outfit that has the skirt WAY too short

Sylvi also finds herself a bit more at ease. Sure, she mgiht be vain like this, but theree's something to be said for KNOWING your amazing rather than worrying you're not cutting it.

She makes more forays into conversations with the classmates who have snubbed her before for being a YouTuber. If she impresses them, great! If they snub her again, she really doesn't care at all.

Phoebe remains quirky but cool, unaware that she's flouncing about in Sailor moon trappings overlayed her regular outfit, "Look who is getting her mojo on."

Sylvi grins, privately enjoying Phoebe's ignorance of her own appearance. "Had to happen at some point, right?" she says with a shrug. "I guess I'm just...having a good couple of weeks right now."

Midriff? Luisa would never.... Dagmar finds herself continually tugging on the bottom of the abbreviated blouse, which reveals a set of rock-hard abs.

Indeed, a certain Satyress with long hair sees Dagmar across the quad and gives a thumbs up! "looking good!"

A stony rumble. "This is embarrassing."

Sylvi has made other contacts, BECAUSE of her knowledge of make up. One girl talking to her nods to Phoebe, then goes back to Sylvi "So is there a way to 'contain' the glitter so it doesn't smear off my freckles ?"

"Oh, so, yeah. Glitter-litter is a whole thing. The products that are going to keep that from happening are going to be a bit more expensive, but I can probably get some for you. Might have to mark them up a bit...." She names a price -- but not the product line.

Sylvi spots Dagmar and waves. "Hey, Sam!"

Masey quirks her head, "No, no, looks good." An assurance, then she waves to Sylvi too

She raises a hand. "Hey Sylvi."

"Hey, Mase!" she adds with a smile. Then a grin to Dagmar and a thumbs up at the voile that the mortals can't see.

Andrea or just 'Drea' takes the advice, "Thanks, Sylvia. If you can get me some beffore then it will be worth it. Thank you so much"

A sigh!

"Oh, totally! And if you want, I can do an early makeup trial with you, on video? I don't update as regularly as I used to, but I bet people would want to see a new vid."

Masey herself has a Daenerys, from game of thrones voile going on

rather bare shoulders under that hair, character had one too many nude scenes, and it seems to influence

"Me?" Drea blushes "Oh sure"

"How's Belinda?" She ventures. "Socialed out?"

"Cool. I'll text you the details."

A grin to Mase about her voile, as well.

Masey trots closer to Dagmar "She has put in the audiobooks and plugged in." A smile "Wish she could see herself like I do. Her voile is this sexy little vampiress who 'hates the light' hisss"

the last whispered so the norms dont' hear it but Sylvi might get a glance

"Seriously? Like, is it the entire campus going through this? This never happened at home."

"Catch you later, Drea!" Sylvi says with a smile and a wave. The mortal's interest might be flattering, but she wants to be able to chat with the other fae.

A self-conscious hand over the short and flouncy skirt, smoothing it down because the wind seems to want to reveal the also-short ruffled bloomers underneath. "I feel like a tumblr post."

"I'm guessing your home has a liege who keeps thinks in check with her touch to the land?"

"Chief? Certainly!"

(Assuming Drea went on her way...) Sylvi goes over to join Dagmar and Masey.

Drea did indeed

Masey is saying "Oh sure, that's how it works then. See here there's not such an influence with a guiance, instead you got a lot of male students and local guys who have their hormones on high... not that we gals ever have THAT On our mind" Faux innocent look, "Anyway it tweaks stuff this close to halloween as everying is thinking about costumes . To be fair some guys are looking pretty cool too." A glance to Sylvi "Heck, you should see MJ's voile"

She sighs again.

"Oh, yeah? What's he got going on?"

"I was even thinking about.... I mean, just not like this. Like the real one, in the movie."

"Someone put him in some very TIGHT leather pants" Masey tells her

Then she pokes Dagmar in the arm. "Hey. I get it. You love Luisa, and this feels kinda cheap, right? So...fix it. Betcha can."

"But I also think you should show off those abs more often. Damn, grrl."

She purples!

(And hey, that blush runs down to said abs.)

Then a grin and a wink to Masey. "I'm going to have to get a look at that."

Masey seems t blink out for a moment as she watches the blush travel ab

"You really do." Finally Masey says, but to which comment is hard to say

"I mean, no offense, Dag...you gotta know you're looking damn good in that. Looks better when you don't slouch."
