Kerri steps out of the stable to see who has alerted the dogs.

From the stable they can see they have a guest. Two sidhe, who are shaking hands. One Kerri recognizes, Baron Dugald ap Dougal, who helped judge pennons not so long ago. The other is wearing Eiluned Colors

Dagmar leads Bucky to his stall, all soothing noises.

Kerri frowns. "Baron Dugald and another," she says to Dagmar before leaving the stable and heading up to the Lodge at a purposeful pace. "Baron!" she calls out in greeting. "Welcome."

She takes care of the horse efficiently - making haste to jog up behind Kerri.

A glance over to Dagmar, her expression businesslike but grateful.

"Cheiftain, we meet again." The Dougal says, "And Dame Dagmar. Just the reason both of us come here"

The Eiluned sidhe looks vaguely familiar to Dagmar

Brow?

"Then please, come in." Kerri opens the door and leads the way inside. "Make yourselves comfortable. Food and drink?"

Brow furrow, trying to place the sidhe. She follows them inside.

"Baron Evaric ap Eiluned" the other sidhe bows, "ANd I don't think the Dame would remember me ... not completely. "

"I would not say no to a drink, thank you." Dugald says

"You look familiar?" She confesses, uncertain.

Kerri returns the bow with a respectful nod. "Baron Evaric, welcome to Rivervale. I am Baroness Kerri, Chieftain here."

Kerri watches curiously. "Come, let us sit. Squire Brogan..." she calls him over "...please fetch refreshment for our guests."

"You might remember me best wearing these?" Evaric hands something to Dagmar , hey, it's her clothing, part of it anyway.. she thought she lost this on the trods. "You spared my modesty after you and your friend rescued me"

Squire Brogan comes out, and bows. He looks delighted to serve. At last, this place is getting formal and Sidhe filled!

And he gets them some drinks

Dag takes the voile, blinking. "I... there was a fight?"

A surprised expression at the clothing transfer until the situation is explained.

"I'm so sorry. It's fuzzy."

"It's a blur to me too, I think i was left for dead though" The Eiluned says "I know you helped me. As for Baron Dugald.. mmm well he has another reason."

A shrug at Evaric's claim that she helped him. "I'm a knight." As if that's reason enough to do so.

"Stonecutter" The Baron Dugald says "A sword that cuts through stone like a hot knife does butter, but better. It's... pricess in my line of work, and D.R. Jones " he says the initials "brought it to me for use and safe keeping for the good of all fae. And it appears to come back to you, Dame. It appears you have two barons in your debt"

"There was a fight. And a trumpet? And.... the sword is somewhere safe? That's good."

Kerri makes sure the drinks and snacks are passed around, though mostly Brogan's got it.

"It's good to know more of the story than you were able to tell us," Kerri says to Dagmar.

She nods!

"Clarion, did you ever get it from those thieves?" The EEiluned asks

"It's like trying to hold water in a sieve, sometimes. And yes. We have it."

"If you wish it as recojmpense for your help then it is yours, other wise i owe you a favor" The Eiluned says "Or a boon. "

She chews on her lower lip and looks over at Kerri.

The Eiluned looks to Kerri "Chieftain, respect to your people is due. I'm landless but I have resources."

"I'm not... not really a treasure hunter by trade."

"I agree," Kerri says to the Eiluned, then looks to Dagmar. "Dame, perhaps a boon to be named after you've had a chance to think about it?"

Blink. "Right. Sure."

"Is that acceptable, Baron?"

"Hold Clarion for collataral until then" Baron Evaric suggests "And yes, quite."

"That... alright, sure. Thank you?"

"What is Clarion, if I may? What does it do?"

"It is a small horn that sounds when there's other treasures around" The Eiluned ,such a handsome wilder, says

Baron Dugald seems content to wait his turn, admiring the lodge's lay out, the high rafters and more

Kerri nods at the explanation. "A very valuable treasure itself."

"It is. And lots of folks do treasure-hunting."

"And it got me mugged though I would like it returned if it's not chosen as the favor" The Eiluned says "We of the House of Secrets love anything that gives us an edge. I try to direct that positively."

Baron Dugald says "I fear we swamp the Chieftess with our double whammy of indebted ness.. "

A faint huff at Evaric's comment.

"I am not the recipient," Kerri chuckles. "If Dame Dagmar is swamped with your gratitude, I think it is something she should get used to."

A gentle nudge of her toe against Dagmar's foot at the huff: Hold it together.
