Kerri lays in delicious disarray. Olgar had come in, kissed her hotly, and when she offered no protest, practically thrown her into their bed room and well, 'made love' is far too timid a term for how they went at it. Not that he's shy normally, but they damn near broke the the bed. Now she lays there in wonderful afterglow, and her husband lets loose a sigh of contentment

A dreamy, pleased exhale -- "Hoooo!" -- that ends in a laugh. "What's the occasion?"

"Don't be insulted?" A weak chuckle "There was a flower in the dreaming... I sniffed it and... my blood was on fire. I ..tried to walk it off. Tried to curb it... but all I could think about was sex sex sex... "

Another laugh. "Oh, so...a matter of necessity?"

"ANyway, I walked past two nymphs and a gal named Skrag.... came here to ah... do the right thing if you were up to it..." He grins at her "And you were, like a champ. Yeah babe, If you want me to lie I'll say it's the anniversary of our 3rd date or something"

"Hey, no blame happening here. The nymphs and... Skrag?...lost out. I win." A smug look and she snuggles against him.

"Fff, Nymphs are all flash and splash, you want intensity, get yourself a troll wife," He kisses her "As for Skrag, ah, well, she's a redcap and not normally on the list, but with that pollen even she was looking good. In a way, you just performed a right of rescue" A wink

"Hardly a sacrifice on my part," she points out.

"Yeah, but you know what a romantic I normally am" He says running a hand along her side with admiration "I need to find a way to move that flower deeper into the dreaming though, too big a potential for abuse"

"Mmm," she agrees while also enjoying his touch. "The effects have worn off? The pollen just needed to be, ah, worked out?"

"Oh yeah, of having my sex drive set at an 11 out of 10, it's back to it's normal 9.5"

A chuckle. "A high idle. I'm good with that."

"Seeing as you've been such a good sport, how about later I take you to a nice restaurant. You can take an evening off"

As she thinks that over, he mutters "You still take my breath away"

She gives him a dubious look about the suggestion. "You're speaking for the Chieftain and the entire Lodge, declaring that I get a night off?"

"Yeah, I do," she murmurs, giving him a breathtaking kiss for emphasis.

"I'm still an unseelie bad boy what can I... " mmmph? Mmmrr at the kiss

She doesn't quite make him tap out for surrender...but close.

He's tempted to yield to her mercy anyway... when they part, he says "What flower did YOU inhale?"

"Don't need a flower," she murmurs. Then a blink. "Flour. Bread." She starts to get up.

"Flour bread?" He rises "what about asking for a night off? Not tonight necessarily"

"Tonight is tonight," she says, pulling on her bathrobe quickly. "And I'll try to arrange it. But right now I've got loaves in the oven that need rescuing!"

"Permission to leer as you walk away?" A throaty chuckle

"Granted. Might even be mandatory," she adds as she leans down to give him one more kiss, then hurries out. She'll have to shower and get properly dressed soon, but burnt bread Must Not Be.

Olgar rolls over for a moment, then remembers his OWN job... find that flower and move it so it won't sucker someone else

Not that I feel hostile to it right NOW he thinks

but he too rises, and he'll clean up and head out for his own calling
