Frank grabs a cider and sits down with his sandwich.

"So, Frank" Vali asks "How go the studies on the Accordance war and sidhe souls?"

"Don't know that I would call it a study, Vali. Just... revisiting some reading, and thinking."

"Come on, Liams tend towards the scholarly, you're not such an exception are you?"

That gets him an eyebrow. "No, Mountain. I'm an Oathbroken Liam, through and through."

"Mmm pardon, gonna be a moment getting my foot out of my mouth"

"Don't rush on my account."

A chuckle

Frank starts in on his sandwich.

"Oh, did you have any cupid troubles Valentine Day night?"

"Nope. Might have been past their altitude."

"Apparently they went bonkers at Rutgers... but no harm done to our own"

"Mm. That's good."

"Not just there either... near Firnost? Whole swarms "

"That I can believe."

"Firnost is practically a breeding ground for chimera."

"All those trods crossing probably help" He nods "You know the place better than I , I ssuspect. I never cared for their tolerence for Thallian"

"Nor have I. And, most of the time I was there, I was passing through."

"I did see that statue shrine thing. "

Frank sighs "That was from before my time. I mean, in its origin."

"I find it funnny but try not to mention it around the Chief"

"Good call. She doesn't love that it's there, but she doesn't feel it right to remove it."

"She respects traditions." He ponders "WHich makes me think of Carnival again but I'll have to wait for her there"

Frank nods, chewing. Then he swallows and says "Might find Sylvi first."

"I think you're right. I'll head out. Is there anything you want me to get while I'm in town?"

"No, thanks. Check with Sally Mae, maybe."

"Sure I'll text her"

"Mm? She's not here? Must have missed that...."

"Nope.. if she is I don't see her" He peeks around "Maybe out with your Housebrother. Valentines fall out there too"

"True."

"See you around, Frank. Thanks again for the advice. I know you don't think I need it, but it helps" He assures, and heads out

"You're welcome, Vali."

And Frank gets some quiet at last 😉
