"Hm. I remembered it incorrectly."

"Although.... says here she was -very- angry with him. Baroness Coradel."

"Any idea what Baroness Coradel thought of the other Thomases?"

"And...what instructions did Granddame Bondraste give him?"

"She didn't interact with them much that I know of. "

Frank flicks through. "The Baron's focus here was on the situation with Adam's Saining." he agrees with Siv.

"Mom, da. I hate to say this, but they were very bitter about rivervale. It created a distrust in them over most nobles"

"Hm. If she did not, then the sudden call to duty may make them more suspicious than anything."

"This does not surprise me, Siv." Brekke's tone is full of regret.

"That might let EarthRunes out of it as well."

"And Adam really pissed off Sir Bachdion I... it's kind of a Fiona moment of Shame."

"And not Sir Bachdion that did the shamefl thing" Siv has not read the notes but boy did she hear the House talk "If namer Joffrey were still around i'd ask him for more intell"

"There's a footnote that says Namer Joffrey denied any issues with his magic."

"Then it sounds as if the namer would be reluctant to aid."

"Probably. All I know is that for a few weeks after the naming, somewhere calling adam 'the tarnished Lion' apparently he chose revenge over love" A shake of her head "Dauntain talk for one of us"

"Aye. We'll, I'll go to any of the three locations and.. hint at the Baroness that we might have something to return to the Thoamses or the ilike"

"Mm." Frank is reading "Baron August notes that he was not in the room after a certain point. So he has to rely on what he's told."

Frank sighs "Word is going to get out. If you think there's a chance the Thomases will go after Adam, you have to assume they are going to want to meet Bunni."

Brekke frowns. "Perhaps trying to distract them is more likely to end up alerting them. It seems that there would be few allies in the attempt to do so, and so we may not be wise to make the attempt."

A nod to Frank. "If they make the connection, yes."

"Arguably Earth Runes should be told TEHIR Images are among the mortal world too"

Frank looks at Siv with confusion.

"The woman on the broach is Granddame Bondraste" She reminds "of earth Runes"

"Then...perhaps we should tell Granddame Bondraste, alone?"

"Well, I know where she lives or have her number. Want me to talk to her or want to come with?"

"Right, right."

"There is also the postcard of EarthRunes, but that is mortal, yes?"

"Siv, I think you should talk with her, but after you have had some rest."

"Definitely."

"Aye. If I went now she'd just chuck me before the Earth runes bale anyway. Sweet how she cares like that"

A bit of a grin. "I am glad there are people with sense there."

"Mm." agreement.

"Well, of course I..." A mmmph " I see what you're doing. Enjoy this victory while it lasts"

weary smile does slip out

"So. Siv will contact Graddame Bondraste, let her know what's going on. What else?"

"See if Symon finds Lily. If anyone knows more it's her."

Brekke nods. "You will bring the notes to Mountain Vali. And I will try to contact Rover Olgar. If we are to travel into the dreaming through this clock, it might be best to consult with him."

"If one of you does go through that ruddy clock, even if its not with me, don't go alone, please?"

"It is not my plan to go alone," Brekke assures Siv.

"Good" Her daughter seems to draw strength from that, "That'll keep me from worrying. You two really do take risks sometimes. Could drive a daughter to drink" She takes a blanket and settles more firmly into the cacooon of it

"What about calling Adam's number? Or save that for the Dreaming?"

A brow at Siv before she answers Frank. "I think we save that for the Dreaming. Trying too many methods of using the cell phone would weaken the workings."

Frank nods. "I'll run these out to Vali now, unless there was anything else?"

Siv has already fallen asleep. The warmth of the balelight soothing her, odd, almost as if were conspiring to get the wilder sluggish and behaving herself

Brekke shakes her head to Frank and settles in to sit next to Siv's cot. She will keep watch their through the night, and she gives the 'Fire a grateful nod for its part in the conspiracy to heal.

Brekke gets a kiss before Frank heads out.

She returns it and squeezes his hand before he goes.
