The dust bunny makes rude noises

"Those times may be passing," Brekke says, wrangling broom and dust pan now. "I do not know. But once, sidhe nobles guarded the art so that all had to come before them to be sained."

"In a way, it could be used as a form of census."

"It IS an easily abused art" Vali points out

"What happened before the sidhe came back?"

"Also true," she nods to Vali.

"Because there were so few namers, many nnever came into their full power, they faded faster" Vali says 'The sidhe returning was a gift in at least one way. A burst of namers"

A nod. "More learned their true selves. But before the sidhe returned? I...have no clear memories about namers then."

Olgar snorts "Well they need to share again"

She looks to Vali as she dumps the dustpan out in the garbage. "I suppose commoners sustained the art during the sidhes' absence."

Kerri smiles at Olgar. "So fair-minded of you."

"There's commoners with other arts that are supposed to be just for sidhe."

"Oh sure, the Crystal Cirrcle has non sidhe, and they are the master namers" Vali comments

A blink from Kerri, and she takes a DEEP sip of her drink.

"And sidhe take troll gifts, whatever. Seems fair everybody could try everything."

"Trolls have shared their gifts," Brekke gently corrects. Then adds, "...mostly."

"Right."

"Opportunity arises, if you wait and look" The new Mountain says. A glance at Kerri for a second

Kerri catches the look and purses her lips a moment, then says, "Don't forget to wipe down the cabinets and make a new shopping list."

Vali smirks at something as he's given a new job "On it"

And he wipes the cabinets

"Dagmar, want to handle the list?" Siv says "Dishes seem to be done"

"Um, sure..." She goes to check the cupboards.

As the dishes are finished, the clothes dryer bings, and Brekke goes to get the warm dishtowels out of it. "Folding," she offers to anybody who wants to help with the job. She begins, her large hands still making neat folds.

Siv switches to folding now that washinnng is done. She works with her mother, singing softly "I'm the strong one, I'm not nervous..."

Cupboards, pantry, fridge...

A grin at Siv from her mother. She has also seen the movie. Certain wilders insisted.

Kerri asks Olgar, "Jordan seems ready to you?"

It would seem it's the trolliest song the wilders have heard in a bit, and if a certain SOMEONE not naminng names , seemed caught up by a girl who put her value onn how much she could support in all senses of the word, well, they'll not tease about it

"Oh yeah, he admits he's twitchy. Remember last year where beinng fae meant nothing to him? NOW he's champingg at the bit... 'you guys win, I want this' he says. Ha"

Olgar grins

Kerri smiles. "That's adorable. Don't tell him I said that."

"Not unless he gets cheeky" Agreed

The hustle annd bustle of clean up soon turns to chatter about movies, horses (of course), Pups in the future... and suggestions for the list (But Dagmar gets to call that one)
