"I suppose, it's how she's using it that impresses."

"Hadn't thought of it that way, but you're right. Same kind of thing Kerri does."

"mmm" A nod "And Sylvi" A nod "goldfinch represented well"

"Sylvi is a very impressive young lady."

"So any advice for my first few days?"

"Mm."

"Be sure you get plenty of sleep, good exercise, and eat right. Hydrate."

"There's nothing on fire, if that's a worry. I'm going to be pointing people at you, making sure they know you're the Mountain."

A chuckle "Just in case they forget. Good idea. Sleep, excercise, eat right, hydrate."

"As we saw with Holger; some folks might come to me out of habit." Frank shrugs "They'll -know- you're the Mountain, but they are used to me. Just so you and I are straight; -You- are the Mountain."

"I know" A nod "Donn' worry. I don't plan on shirking the job"

"Of course not."

"I think you already know how to do this. And, any advice I give you might work for me, but you need to make it work for you."

"I hear you"

"That said, I do want to support you. As long as you know my advice might be crap for you... happy to help."

"I never thought any Mountain was flawless, Frank. I Hope folks don't expect flawless from me or they WILL be dissappointed. But I'll give my best"

"That's all anyone can ask."

A nod "I heard Gerd was going to travel with you... you're okay with that?"

"I am. Are -you-? You're her uncle."

"If it weren't for the power to vanish with herself and ohters, I'd be worried" He admits "But no dark visions " He knocks onn wood

"That's good."

"Frank, if you see a young boy in trouble on your travels, not connnor.. offer him a bottle of water"

Frank frowns "You've seen something?"

"THat I have..glimpses of. I cann' go into details"

"Of course." Frank understands. "I'll carry water."

A nod "Thanks. "

"No, thank you." seriously.

Another glance over at Brekke.

She spots him glancing this time. A slight grin, and then a questioning look. Am I needed?

"I better let you go" A chuckle and he pats frank on the shoulder, "My wife is wanting to show folks how healthy my teeth are and how glossy my coat"

"You're the picture of health." Frank assures him.

Brekke excuses herself from the conversation she was in and joins Frank again. "All is well?"

"Everything's good, Chief " And Vali moves to join his wife to give them couple time

Frank nods. "Spoke a bit with Holger. And Vali. Siv seems in her element."

"She does," Brekke agrees, turning to watch the Lady Captain at work. "Fiona training?"

Sylvi is also hobnobbing around the room, and she seems to be chatting to folks a lot about Goldfinch's progress.

"And natural talent."

Together, Siv and Sylvi are a force. The folks of Charm seem.. charmed, annd tthere's Sir Magnus from Earth Runes

Brekke grins at Frank's comment...then looks at the newly-arrived sidhe with surprise.

Sylvi spots him, too. "Sir Magnus, hello! Welcome."

"Oh I've been here forr a bit" he smiles, "But how could I miss the honoring of my good friend, and the therapist he recommended? Congratulations on a hold, Sylvi"

Sylvi can't quite figure out how she might have missed Sir Magnus for this much of the party -- I mean, he kind of stands out -- but then nods graciously. "Thank you! It's small, but getting stronger."

Maybe he's lyingg? mm

"Thank you. How are things at EarthRunes?" Sylvi asks.

Frank takes Brekke's hand again, just to hold.

Brekke does so, giving him a slightly amused grin.

"I suppose I should greet Sir Magnus." Frank murmurs.

"Well, August passed away," Magnus looks sad, then he goes on "It became September"
