Zane has been dancing with Dolly, who was surprised to be asked

"It sounds like a skald and ggalliar do a lot of things a like, but you don't have to be a galliard to dance" And she starts to shift and move to show

Dagmar might notice that, while some dancers might set an intimidating standard, the Chieftain and the Mountain seem very content merely to sway together...and she could certainly do that.

Dolly is NOT good at Dancing, but Zane shuffles for her enjoyment and his own . Acting as if the hunch on her back that causes her to throw off any symetry isn't there

Kerri rises from that slow drag and her husbannd whispers "Baby, you just keep getting better"

"Have to keep up with you, don't I?" she whispers back with a wink.

Lulu doesn't seem to notice that Dagmar has grown quiet, which Lulu figures jus means she's learning. Those familiar with wolves might notice that some of the hand motions Lulu throws in to the sides make the fingers a trangle shape, like wolf ears growing alet as the wolf's body turns side to side. But they aren't ears, and that's nnot a wolf NOW, but a dark skinned beauty of a homid form garou.

Dagmar watches, fascinated. Oh, this is wrong...

"Bodies are meant to move" Lulu says trying to encourage "And a lot of different parts can be used in dancing so ther's no wrong way... see... this is called Belly dancing" And she shows "I only know a little, but It reminded me of stories about fire annnd water so I learned what I could"

"I.. ah.. yes, yes, I can see that. Very interesting!"

"And Don taugght me this one" And Lulu switches to what any cultured person will recognize as the Snoopy dance, leaping in place joyfully

"Not a REAL dance, I told you" Lupe says

"Nonsense," Lulu assures her, "I'm really here, and there's music, so this must be a dance"

But Lulu soon changes "Or you could just sway like this, side to side, it's nice " yes the simple back and forth anyonne can do

"That's a good dance!" Relief.

And MORE blushing at the swaying.

"Good ," Lulu says taking Dagmar's hands as she still sways "Now you join me.. just so.."

"Ah. Uh." She complies, swaying gently in time but keeping a careful, chaste distance between their bodies.

Dagmar might note Kerri giving her a surreptitious thumbs-up. Or she might be too panicked to spot that.

And Lulu is okay with that, in fact it lets her observe Dagmar's dancing "Yes, that's fine"

"Yeah, I can do this."

"You are doing it" Lulu beams and sways

Jessica finds a burly redcap guy, younger than herr, walk up "I'm Dirk. heard about you. Want to dance? or what?"

Kerri notes this with some surprise, and she whispers to Olgar, "Where's Prissy?" as they dance.

"Maybe Lupe and Don want to dance, too..." Teenage circle of safety, yes! "Try some fancy moves..."

Don says "I love dance with packmates. " He starts to reach for Sour wind

"I can and will hurt you" Winston warns, then, stiffly moving up, he ewalks towards Lupe and ..bows? "May I have this dance, my lady?"

Lupe blinks as if her packmate had just grown a third head "You..dance..?"

Winston rises up, and sighs as folks should KNOW things, "Theurges are mystics, shamans, dance is required for certain rites, and some spirits respond well to it." Then a pause "Also, there's that wholee 'keepingg up with the sivlerfangs' mentality my trribe gets. So yes. I learned to waltz young." Then he offers his hand and repeats "May I have this dannce, my lady?"

It seems Dagmar does have a sense of rhythm - but then, fighting and basketball require a certain amount of grace, too. "I saw this one thing on tiktok..." for Don and Lulu.

And Olggar answers Kerri "Not sure. Seen her around Caer Falken more than I have around here lately"

"Caer Falken?" Kerri's genuinely surprised. "I didn't see that coming...."

Less couple-y dances are safe! And she knows some fun ones, it seems. Sometimes she screws up, but that gets shrugged off with a laugh and another attempt.

Lulu seems just tobe happy that others are happ with music, so the circle of wilders annd pack grows as others of like mind take a shot. Even Jordann gives it a go annd he actually whispers to Dagmar "thanks. I'd DIE if I were onn show for someone alone." He's not lyinng exactly, it really would terrify him

A sympathetic nod!

Olgar ggrunts "Not sure what she's doinng there .Maybe Anne Marie ran out of jobs for her?"

"Strange. I'll talk with AnneMarie about it." She gives him a kiss on the cheek. "Want to help me start cleaning up?"

"Do I WANT to?" Olgar smirks "nah. Will I do it anyway because I love the hotness that is you? Of course"

"Right answer," she says with a smile an a wink, and the two relinquish the dance area to the others.

Frank and Brekke may still be dancing...or simply talking...it's hard to tell, as they've retreated a bit further away from the lights at the center of the party.

Jess blinks at the little 'cap. "Well..... yes?" Nonplussed.

Not so little by Cap standards, Dirk's a bruiser, but yes, the Counntess troll dwarfs him

"Cool" Dirk guides Jessica to an area to dance "I ain't fancy but I don't step on feet"

Awkwardly, Jess follows her guide and .... well..... dances?
