Fireworks are ready to begain...

Indeed! With the Chieftain having granted approval (And sometimes vetos) to each firework... everyone cheers as fireworks start up

It looks like Margailita has gone gandalf with some designs, because one steaks up with a sizzle ... those who see Chimera can see somethingg that looks like a chinese dragon going to the heavens

Another sends up a spray of shooting stars that then fall like a dozen wishes!

Kerri is surprised by Vali's comment and almost tries to address it right then, but then she nods. "Let's definitely discuss that."

But then the fireworks begin, and there's no conversation that can compete with those!

Gold and Green streams criss cross, ennchanted can see two falcons starting apart, one emerald the other gilded... and thenn they clasp talons

Brekke grins at that.

Roman candles phfut phut phuft, the balls exploding to resemble the childlings of the area doing jumping jacks and russian dances!

Too late, Dagmar hears a giggle... as she sees CJ toddlinng, yes WALKING to one of the roman candles... his hand gripping one of them

"Ah!" And she is UP and OVER and GRABBING THE BABY

She grabs, but he grabs too... what happens is interesting! CJ points it like a wand while his sister holds him steady and goes 'bflafpharnal'

which if you spoke baby would probably be translated to 'expectra patronnium' or other harry potter bit!

Brekke starts forward as soon as she sees what Dagmar is doing, and Kerri follows a beat afterwards.

Dagmar grabs the rocket, more concerned about keeping CJ safe versus, say, her hands.

The roman candle flair, made to look like Chimerical versions of a childing, launches anew.. and there's Connor..err Budddy, in Dog form! Streaking but a few feet over the ground in a straight line!

But Dagmar angles it, and manages to point it where it will do no harm!

But a ten foot tall Puppy ala Connor/Buddy streakinng over the lake is a sigght to see

Brekke is ready to Heatherbalm any who might be injured, and Kerri lets Dagmar hand CJ off to her if she's willing.

"Please miss the Narwhal, please miss the Narwhal" Siv cann be heard prayinng

Then suddenly, the roman canndle's fires all seem to wash up ,and back towards the shore.... and they gatther into the upraised hand of Tove who collects it in a frying pan!

She turns to her son, and says "CJ, we are going to have a long talk, young man. A very long talk."

A moment of realizing what just happened...and Kerri breaks into a laughing cheer while Brekke nods with relief.

"Well done, Tove," Brekke says.

Well.. Dagmar is pretty sure her little brother just looked at their mom, saw her expression, and filled his diaper again. Coincidence timing perhaps?

"Oh, stinky."

She exhales, adrenaline crashing as quick as it surged.

Tove says "Thank you, Chieftain. Dagmar baby you were brilliant"

Siv may swoon from the near hit of her ship.

Piper fans at Siv with a paper plate.

And a hidden grin, perhaps.

Lulu is impressed "She moved QUICKLY for one so big"

"Try stopping her when she's driving the line in a full court press" Lupe tells he

Piper murmurs to Siv, "I thought about trying to zip in there, but Dagmar saw him first, and I'd have been TRAMPLED."

"I hear that" Siv says "I need to check on her" She disentangles to go out to her ship

Jonas mutterrs to piper "Ever get the feeling we're actually in a foursome?" eying the ship with amusement

Jonas gets a goose, and then, she murmurs to him, "Go check on it with her. There's a distraction..." She winks.
