Nadeen raises a brow at this display

Kerri clears her throat pointedly at Jordan.

"Jordan...is there something you would prefer to tell me in private?" Brekke suggests in a low tone.

"I.. I donn't know.." he shrugs "then again, evetually it'll out itself to everyone. Well, guys. Turns out apparently I will now age as slowly as he did. So..what, five times slower? Ten? Not sure... but I'll be in my acne years for at least a decade. Lucky me" He shrugs "Whops."

Zane blinks "Like Connor"

"Whoa," Sylvi breathes.

"Connnor?" Jordann blinks

Brekke's eyes go wide with some alarm. "That...I did not realize...I should have realized...."

Frank sets the coffee down.

"This is an unprecedented situation. It would be difficult to predict any part of it."

Zane frowns "I didn't realize it, and am the one who unleashed the omen" A curse "Amateur mistake on my part not to take better notes"

"It makes perfect sense," Sylvi says. "I mean, like, now it makes perfect sense." She gives Jordan an apologetic look. "Do you feel different?"

He looks over at himself "Bitter , snarly, ingrateful.. no, about the same" Dryly

Oddly 'ingrateful' was more of a lie

A brow from the Chieftain...and a hint of a grin that she hides quickly. "I see. Jordan...this is a far greater price than I had envisioned you paying...and you have done Rivervale, and all of your kithmates, a great service."

"Chieftain.. I know some folks would LOVE This.. if it's a price, it's probably because I'm a pessimist" Jordan says "And my attitude is on me, not you. Serriously, Mounntain's right. No one SAW this coming."

"No, not entirely. But I am the one who put you on this path. If there is a boon you would have of me, I will meet it if it is in my power to do so."

"Oooh," Sylvi murmurs softly.

"We Unseelie aren't big on debts" Jordan finally answers "if you insist I'll try to think of something but really, I'm fine. "

Olgar looks from the kitchen, and looks smugg at that.

Brekke nods solemnly. "We Seelie recognize a debt when it is owed. The offer stands, should you decide otherwise at a later time. But for now... Well done, Jordan. Very well done."

"Honestly, all I did was bully the guy... the magic did the rest." Jordan looks a bit uncofmortable at the praise "If you want to give props, pass it out those that have destroyed his nnet work. Me ?I would have kept tthe milions fo myself"

"Hmm...I appreciate your willingness to share the credit with others." That grin threatens to become visible again.

Sylvi smiles, looking at Zane.

Zane smirks back

"What?" Jordan hurumphs "I would"

"Fair," Brekke nods. "And understood."

"I think..." Kerri says slowly, "that this is worthy of an ice cream feast."

"We got fudge ripple?" Jordann asks

"Oh, I think we just might..." Kerri says in a sing-song. "I may have gone a little overboard in preparing for celebration of this success."

Jordan smiles "Thanks"

"I'll let the others know!" Sylvi says, taking out her phone.

And word goes out! by Text!

And oh! Kerri was not exaggerating! There are gallons of ice cream in a range of flavors, and fixings, and those edible ice cream bowls (instead of cones).

When Lane gets over she says "Is it safe? "

"Tell her," Brekke says to Jordan.

"It's totally safe" he nods "Finally. The bad gugy is defeated. Dagmar kept us safe like a boss, and bought time for Symon and Sylvi and Nadeen and Zane and .well others, to take his power away" Jordan shrugs "Good thingg too. I was getting tired of being nervous all the time. I prefer to just be grumpy"

lane laughs "You COULD be nice"

"Not a nice bone in my body" Jordan declares "Now you want ice cream?"

"Yes please" She beams

Kerri grins fondly at this exchange. "Sprinkles for everybody. Sprinkles are for winners," she declares.

"We'rre ALL winners!" Lane declares

Jack agrees "Win win"

Sylvi smiles. "Total win!"

Frank goes to get a fresh cup of coffee.

Nadeen looks about, frowns at something

"What's the matter?" Sylvi asks Nadeen after she finishes adding a bit of chocolate sauce to her ice cream.

"Dagmar's not here.. and I think her phone is broken" Nadeen says "Still. "

And he brings it to Brekke.

Brekke accepts the coffee this time, reclaiming her seat by the balefire. "Thank you," she says quietly to Frank. She sips, and she meets his eyes a moment. She knows there is a conversation they must have soon.
