While Symon hacks, and Siv spies, Sylvi and the others work the political angle of how to dismantle things.

"I guess we could try the Gandalf thing," Sylvi suggests.

"Get a Hobbit to do the work?" Kelby asks

She grins. "Well, not exactly. I mean...making one of them think that another one is insulting him, when really it's us. Turn them against each other. Like Gandalf with the ...well, Tolkein called them 'trolls' but we know he meant goblins or something."

"Base slander" A sigh

She gives Kelby a look. "You are not being serious. It's a good way to get them to go after each other. It's a distraction tactic!"

"Or...you mean calling them 'trolls' is slander?" belatedly checking.

"The latter ,sorry. I LIKE Middle Earth but that always irked me' KElby admits

"Yeah, well...he tried his best," she says of the famous author.

Nadeen rolls her eyes "Shall we compare what was done to sidhee who are elves that vary from Chainmail bikini fodder to cookie makers? OR some writers actuall portray us as power mad fae who care only for what our whims are. Talk about rude. Now, slander of our agents we can start"

Sylvi blinks at Nadeen, then shares a look with Kelby. Clearing her throat diplomatically, she says, "The trick is, figuring out which ones already have grudges against each other but have been keeping them in check."

"That I can help with" Nadeen says "I checked the rumor mill with Anne Marie.. now here's a llist of names"

Sylvi looks it over.

SHe shares them. Nadeen apparently has been methodical. Efficent, and ther's an irony in boggan work being given credit to a sidhe lady

"Oh, AnneMarie did good work here, as always." She considers. "I wonder how many of these have social media accounts connected to these names?" She gets on her phone and starts checking.

THAT proves to be Sylvi's master piece, a lot of folks just don't grok how dangerous social media can be, and while she's not a hacker like Symon, she knows the system and how to connect dots, and wayback machines just fine.

A frown as she runs into a roadblock, though. "I'm out of practice..." she mutters.

"What' that anyway?"

Kelby asks blinking

"Kelby, it's a smart phone?" Nadeen says

"Oh.. right" Kelby shakes her head "I forgot" Danaan.. mortal things sometimes throw her off

Sylvi grins, "You're even more out of practice than I am."

Then she turns back to the social network work. "There's something I'm not seeing...." she says, and bites her lip.

"I'd ask Symon to take a look, but he's got his own thing he's focusing on."

"May I?" Nadeen asks

"Sure." She offers over her phone, and points out some of the details she's noticed. "...and I think this one's connected to this one, but I can't quite figure out how...."

She looks over it carefully, if taking her sweet time

"oh, it's very simple I... " A blink "Oh shit...did I just send something?"

The varich does NOT say shit often

Sylvi blinks at her. "Wait, what? Send what? And where?!" She takes her phone back...almost snatches it out of Nadeen's hands...and tries to figure out what just happened.

"I think I just sent a friend request to three of the hunters.."

"Nadeeeeeen!"

"I'm sorry, my lay out is different" she is mortified!

"OMG, what the hell?!" A hint of panic.

"Agents more than hunters.. oh crap was this one a vampire?"

She checks to see if that's actually what happened....and whether it was coming from her mortal account or the one she uses with fae only.

Mortal account, three friend requests. She better type fast if she wants to undo those before anyone 'sees' them

Oh, she is so on it....! And a block-block here and a block-block there....

WHew, and the day is saved!

Once that's done, she turns and GLARES at Nadeen. "I can't believe you did that!"

Nadeen coughs "Could .. could we not tell the Baron about this? Or for that matter.. anyone, ever?"

"...freaking give me a heart attack," Sylvi mutters as she checks her phone over again just to be SURE.

"And I'm not promising anything. Just remember I have ammunition now." A hint of a smirk there.

A huff "Going to be a long summer" Nadeen grumbles at that shadow of a smirk "I can tell"

Kelby smiles "I'm going to go outside and laugh for a bit. Be right back"

Sylvi finally puts down her phone. "Well, it seemed like a good idea...."

"It IS a good idea," Sally mae says from her lap top, she's working 'in tandem' with more remote Symon, "Just try another social media platform, or LInked in.. that's where poeple for hire often hook into right?"

"Well....yeah...but we better not screw up my account there that links to my product-placement clients." She approaches the task with a bit of a grumble implied.

Sylvi creates some false accounts, or masks her curent ones, and writes bad reviews as if saying someone else was SO much better.. aor so and so warned about this guy...
