A look to Dagmar "How's he going to play a movie at the lake?"

"He's a nocker, they have skills."

"Gerd, you gotta say yes!"

"..And possibly duck before the blimp blows..."

She pulls out her smart phone, and Texts TXT:_ YES! But if you blow me up with this blimp I won't make it!_

And she ducks too

It explode.. no, exploding isn't the right word... it goes up in a puff of black smoke that, despite it's opaque nature, doesn't smell like smog at all! Where the blimp was is instead a black and purple pattern that hangs over and falls down all around Gerd at the center, but for a moment it hangs there in the air

And when it finally pools around Gerd's feet, looks VERY Pleased

"Oh... how about that?"

"I told him I was into witchcraft..." TRYING not ot smile, failing "I guess. .I guess he actually listened. I didn't expect him to LISTEN"

"Well, like, that's a good thing, ain't it?"

"Yeah.. I just.. I've never had a boy... do the.. I'm being courted" Realization

EYES wide "Dagmar. What do I do?"

"My last ... that eiluned boy, it did not work out"

"HE was a jerk."

"This one - well, he seems interested, he listens, and he gives nice gifts."

"So.. like.. give him a chance? Maybe bring some home-made snacks to the movie?"

"Oh yeah I can do this caramel coated popcorn thing that.. oh I got to text him.. uhm make plans. He's blowing up my phone" She beams at the flowers "See you later?"

"seeya!"

"Squire party.. Date..." She chants, getting ito memory

"Good times ahead. Go - call your nocker."

BLUSH "he's not MY .. " Brighter blush.. retreat

And Dagmar returns to work!

Frank borrows the Jeep and makes the rounds, checking in with the younger set.

He finds Zane wandering the streets , mask on

Frank waves to him (hard to miss the identity of the 9 foot troll with his head sticking out of the open-air Jeep.....) and pulls over.

"Mountain?" he says after checking to be sure no one is around besides them, and he moves to her "Everything okay?"

Frank nods. "Just checking up on people after the Raid." He rumbles quietly. "You did well with Anne Marie."

"thanks." he says then admits "I wish I could do more.. I wiped some memories, but itw as.. short term.. only helped them sleep for a while. I know we're not supposed to zap mortals but it's .. it's all I had to give em you know? That.. that shit was sick."

Frank nods gravely. "Uninterrupted, safe sleep is not to be discounted. It is healing."

"yeah" he nods and seems sober "I mean, I heard of stuff, but I'm starting to realize what a nice set up my family has and how lucky I am right ? "

Frank nods. "Moments like these remind me of how much we owe -them-." He looks down, regarding the satyr. "How about you? You are well?"

"Ah.. I was actually pretty shaken. Now I'm worried about a friend he's..got new reasons to be bummed and it's not for me to say... or I would"

Frank nods. "It is important and honorable to respect confidences and privacy." He kills the engine and turns to speak with Zane more directly. "How are you handling your being shaken?"

"Better... satyrs are like that... we take everything harder, then it goes away quicker. We don't feel pain less, we just get it up front you know? I'm good to go if you need me, Mountain, if you need help or something done. Serious."

"Mmphm." Frank nods. "I may call on you for that. For now, Zane, check in with your peers. Not only the ones involved, but those effected by the ones involved. You may let them know you come at my behest, and that we will talk about your discussions with them. And we will. But I wish to make sure all our community here weathers this."

"If there are those who do not wish to speak to you on those terms, that is acceptable. I do not wish you to be a spy for me, Zane, but a surrogate."

"oh" he is startled, then he nods "I'm.. I'm honored. Thanks, Mountain. Yeah...I'll let word get out" A pause "I saw Dirk somewhere around... not sure how his head is. I admit, i give him some space you know?"

"Was there a problem for him? Or with him?"

"I don't know... he's just been keeping his distance more than before even with Anne Marie and such"

Frank nods. "Thank you. I will speak with him. Do you know if Piper is home?"

"Piper's at the apartment.. ah, Mountain" proud "She was pretty amazing, but I think some of what she saw shook her up maybe worse than me? I dont' know...she's.. Sylvi's talking to her I think"

"Mmm." He nods again. "Thank you, Zane. Please reach out to me if you are troubled further? And check in with your family, as well."

"I'll be okay.. satyr skin is thin but heals. " He nods "But thanks. And Dad and mom don't always understand me, but htey got my back"

Frank starts the Jeep. "You need a ride somewhere?"

"Nah. I'm gonna walk... maybe looking for bored girls my age and flirt through the glass"

Frank's beard moves and he nods, puts the car in gear, and pulls away carefully to motor on.
