Kerri pauses and turns to cheer Sally Mae's boast, then looks back to Gerd.

GErd hugs Kerri even harder "Thanks I mean.. I dont' know what I'll be but...thank you it means a lot"

Anne Marie gets shoved forward by Myrttle Anne.

"No.. it's silly" Anne Marie says

Gerd gets positively squoze...and then Kerri sends her on to enjoy herself.

"Oh no you don't, Anne Marie!" Kerri says as she returns to the bonfire. "If anybody deserves to boast around here, you are one of them." And she starts a chant: "Anne Ma-Rie! "Anne Ma-Rie!"

"YEAH, SALLY MAE!!!"

Brekke joins in: "Anne Ma-Rie! Anne Ma-Rie!"

"OH great googly mooglies" Anne Marie Lee gets up onto a stool, "Fine. MY act of greatness is having good friends, two fine boys, a wonderful husband who is the most extraodinary mortal in the county. I am deeply in love, and am alowed to help others thanks to this wonderful barony. Thanks to the support from all of you, I have helped in the last few years dozens of foster children find LOVING homes, freed almost as many from abusive homes, and assisted those who are struggling in these time periods to see light at the end of the tunnel. I've lent an ear as any Boggan would, and gifted here and there... and sometimes i Have made a COMPLETE Mess of things... but those friends, the ones I've found, they have been there to help me fix what's broke, mend who is torn, and guide me to guiding others. I am grateful... and I challenge ANYONE to have a better community than I have here who isn't already part of it!" She raises her glass

"YES! TO ANNE MARIE!" Brekke calls out loudly.

"To Anne Marie!" Kerri echoes.

Sylvi stands. "To Anne Marie! Wooo!"

Myttle says to her friend "To you.. but you kind of wimped out and sucked up to everyone instead of yourself more than once"

Anne Marie walks by Myrttle nods at the shouting,then tells Myrtle "It was at least as authentic as that hair color"

"Oooo.." MA gasps touching her hair, but then laughs

Adam cheers the boggan; why not?

"Jaymes?" Brekke invites her brother-in-law to boast.

"Do it, Dad!" Encouraging.

Frank nods to Jaymes, encouraging.

Jaymes blinks "This will be short." He sighs and moves up

Adam's gaze lingers a bit on Sally Mae as the boasting goes on.

"I am the Ironhawk, the Twice Born, thrice found. That which bares its fangs at those I love finds it's head gazing severed from its twitching body at a sun it will never see again. I have fought in wars with no name, I have traveled paths forgotten, and hunted prey that the gods themselves consult oracles to better their chances again. I have taken a siren to my bed! I have plucked a daughter of legend from the dark. I face the cold every day and the cold retreats. I am the ironhawk, call me doombringer if you would harm those in the chambers of my heart. Call me friend if you would be kind to them. I am he who has lifted Odin from the heavens, and plucked up two bits and made them fierce. And... " A large gulp "I drink from bigger cups than this." A toast to all and he steps off

Tove' eyes light up and she looks, despite her plump form, quite... distracted right now

"HA!" Brekke is VERY pleased with that boast. She drinks, then sets her horn aside so she may clap loudly in approval.

Frank rumbles, chuckling, and applauds as well.

Jaymes gets a hug!

Jaymes nods, hugs his daughter, moves to his wife and kisses her, then says "used up all my words for two months" Sigh

Tove pokes him

Grunt.

Nadeen says "Did I go yet?" She's had a few drinks "Did I Go ? I... don't know if I went" She grins

Adam seems impressed by Mr. King's boast, even if he didn't understand -all- of it.

"You have not, Nadeen. Speak now." Brekke invites.

While Nadeen goes up, Symon slinks bruins and touches Ann Marie lightly on the arm. “Thanks, mom.” Before he slides away before she can do anything EMBARASSING.

Anne Marie turns then just beams.. the boy out of hug reach she whispers "you're welcome, my symon"

"i'm a little drunk..." She moves up, "I am Baroness Nadeen Dancingsnow... in my minds eye I see a world where winter was a friend and not the Eternal sort the Dark would bring. I saw flakes as big as a troll's palm. Horses of silver that could run on ice... and yet none of this is as wondrous as the events here. I came to this world, and found assassins and threats awaiting. I pushed a storm to send her power west. I talked to the Storm's Lord to let the storm have her way more than once. And I have guided one Falcon back to Friendship dear, and I hope beyond. The rest of you are amazing, I give you that? But I? I claim the title The GWYDION WHISPERER!"

A snicker at that, that only Ann Marie May hear.

Vali nearly falls over

Adam chokes a little, and golf-claps.

Brekke looks surprised, then absolutely chortles! "Truth! I call it truth!" She toasts Nadeen.

Piper steps up when Brekkes eyes land on her. A little trepidation, but she calls out in a clear voice. “I am new here, and no warrior. I cannot boast battles or rescues, heroics at all really. But I’ve done my best to rise above my... that is, to be the best person I could be. I have found an old dreamer that may have otherwise been lost, and... well, I’m doing what I can. And hope that at least my playing entertains where my deeds may not.”

And that's when... Piper realizes.. on this day, of all days, theree is no butterfly. It's ..it's given her the day off!

Zane and the other Wayburtons cheer! Lydia extra loud!

Brekke nods solemnly and raises her horn, toasting Piper with respect.

Her eyes suddenly widen, and her small smile busts into a wide grin as she realizes her freedom. “Thank you!” Clipping back down from the position of attention.

Brenda grins "Lovely!"

Etsie smiles "Short and sweet"

Adam scoops Piper up and spins her, squeezing and kissing her lips and neck....

A squeal of delight and she returns the affection.

Adam laughs and sets her down. Eventually.
