Jimmy pats Adam on the shoulder "nice"

Yes, another drink, a plural drink, seems to be in order. Thirsty work, boasting.

"Thanks." to the random guy. And "Thanks." to Zane.

Piper cheered loudly (belatedly!) for Adam! Then brings him a drink as well.

"Thaaannnksss....." A much more pleased, drawn-out gratitude to Piper as he takes the drink and slips an arm around her waist.

And kisses her.

Others step forward. Sylvi tells of how she's been practicing her Spring magic, and how she cantripped the whole lake to be a temporary healing bath.

and the destruction that came with it for the dark forces???

Adam finishes his post-boast drink. And starts the next one.

Piper sips a cider as well, toasting each story.

Rikki the Racoon pooka gets up "My name is RIkki Ringtailalia the bad ass? And I Nearly kept the sun from rising! No small feat...for the great cave bear is legend... so I dragged down a rainbow...and lo, the bows were fired... few have lived.. and now I boast in a time when forgiveness runs rampant... for it was hilarious."

Adam listens up to Rikki. After she finishes..... "I have no idea what that meant."

Of course the destruction of the dark forces!

Piper claps but also confides, "It sounded good though?"

"Yeah!"

Tikki winces. Eden's eyes go wide.

and then the ringtailed girl bounces down with a smile to let someone else have a turn.

Adam saluts Rikki with his glass. "Awesome!!"

Brekke looks puzzled, but raises her horn and takes her drink. "For Rikki!"

"Thanks" Rikki beams

Eden WAS Smitten with TIkki, still might be, but she's pulling him awaaaay from his sister

"Oh! Hey! Rikki!"

"Yeah?" Rikki says

"Piper, have you met Rikki? Rikki, this is Piper." (And there is an introductory meeting....)

"Either of you want a drink?" (And he will get for them.)

"Oh, hey" She says to PIPER "but not for horses, they got enough"

A quick murmured conversation near the balefire, then Brekke calls out again, "Who next?"

Adam will chill near the two ladies chatting, or wander off if called away.

"Professor?" she invites.

"Oh I haven't done much that would be appreciated, but to be brief," He says "At a time when funding is being cut I but a boost for research.. and helped three students stay in school"\

Brekke solemnly raises her horn in toast. "This is important work, Professor. Thank you."

Adam raises his glass but gives the girl(s) a slight eyeroll.

Gerd steps up "I have joined in some adventures mentioned here...but I'm most proud of my progress with my eating disorder. This rib? It's sticking with me for awhile!" She bites it then bows

A loud cheer for Gerd!

"YEAH!!!" Adam roars.

Kerri gives a loud cheer for Gerd!

Brekke toasts her with respect.

Gerd blushes 'Thanks."

Kerri breaks ranks for a moment and approaches Gerd as Brekke calls for more to boast. "Kyle! Anne Marie! Sally Mae!"

Adam perks up when Sally Mae is called.

"Gerd..." Kerri approaches her, "I have an overwhelming need to hug you."

Kyle says "I have done battle with the forces of banality by making every day items seem amazing, or perhaps they always were. I also have faced my unseelie side.. and well, I wasn't proud, but I know myself better now and what to rise above."

Gerd blushes "Uncle Vali just told me the same.. it's okay, Hearth you can if you want to but I wouldn't have started to mend without the help of everyone":

Brekke drinks to Kyle's boast and grips him by the shoulder in congratulations. "It is never easy. You have done well."

"Thank you" He says

(Dads are never interesting.....)

Kerri does give Gerd a hug, then looks at her seriously. "Because of Vegard, we often think of you as the once and future Mountain...but sometimes I feel you're much closer to the Hearth part of the Lodge."

Sally Mae rises up "We won a clog dancing contest, by we I also include sylvi.. I am in the running for top five percent of my school or better. " SHe says raising her glass, "And I work with the some of the best folk I've ever met at tasks I love. I am no warrior, but I am comforter, provider, manager, and more. I have a grand example to lead me into all this, and more. Oh, and I may have punched out a grabby guy at the Krogers so I guess there WAS some glory in combat."

"COUNTS!" Myrtle Anne yells!

Brekke laughs and nods. "I agree!"
