She grins and gives a spin to show off the fringe of her dress, cut to let her tail peep out cutely. "Thanks! Looking dashing as ever yourself. Not sure if the news is out yet, but did you hear that we're going to be neighbors?"

Symon is a little disconcerted with the canoodling that has started up earlier than expected, and has retreated into the hold.. where it is far too clean. Feh. He goes looking for some dank spot to hang out until the bragging starts.

"Wait, you're moving to the apartment? WILD" Lyron grins

She beams! "I'm excited! Uncle Cornelius knew I needed some more space to stretch my wings, as it were. I'll have to check in to see if there are any specific house rules or anything similar I should know about."

The boathouse turns out to be a haven for Symon.

Nadeen says "Your mom's food is way too hot for me, but if you eat it first, and then I kiss you, I find I can manage it"

Cobwebs, dust, what a delight! It looks like it's been left dormant for the winter, and he is delighted to poke about in there.

Lyron "Oh well, the super is around her somewhere but the rules are pretty light. Escheat upheld, no loud music after 2 AM unless it's a party of ten or more than well it happens right?"

A grin at that. "Sounds like a place after my own heart. Any rules on guests? Restrictions on mortals, kinain, etc., assuming that of course the Escheat is in place?" A glance over at Adam, fondly.

Some areas might seem sealed off from Symon. Which may intrigue him more

"Oh we prefer them enchanted so we can influence them," Lyron admits "But the big rule appears to be letting folks know if you have an unenchanted in there"

Indeed, he is. Running slim, sensitive fingertips along the door frame, checking for a key perhaps hidden on the ledge, or a crack wide enough to shimmy through.

A nod from Piper. "That makes sense. How do you like it there so far?"

Try as he might, he cannot seem to slither into the captain's quarters

Lyron admits "I like it. " He whispers "The twins seem to enjoy teasing the hell out of people but to each their own"

She laughs aloud at that. "Do they only tease? If so, poor Adam may be disappointed. I shall have to keep an eye out for consolation in that case."

Symon looks affronted by the locked door. He would not really be that interested normally, but now that he's prevented access, it.. is almost offensive. Eyeing the door to see if there is a mundane lock, perhaps, or some sort of magical seal.

Adam grins to himself and eats, enjoying the mix of flavors... and more. The taste of this kind of community effort, this potluck, home-cooked and shared with affection and care.... that tastes good, too.

A seal of some sort of... panel... with the.. darn it. You have to be of a certain blood. Symon is sure of it. Maybe if he pricked the blood of one of the kings?

Lyron nods "They get you drunk, dance iwth you, and you find yourself on the porch"

A scowl. Then, thoughtful look. Once the younger King child is born, he should be manipulable within a few years. That thought cheers him as he turns away from the seal.

Grimer Wormtongue, his spirit totem, is hard to reach on Beltaine, but no doubt he would approve

Leya and Lola Mendoza approach Adam

Finally, even the bottomless teen is stuffed full. He sits back. "Ooo man."

"Oh, hey ladies." He smiles.

A chuckle. "Mean, but also a good lesson in tailoring your expectations." Piper quips.

"Hey, Adam" Lola seems almost apologetic //"Hi, Adam" Leya joins in

"Oh, uh, Happy Beltaine."

"Happy Beltaine.. uhm.. we're a little vulnerable right now," Leya speaks first "You..wouldn't take advantage of that? Would you?"

Lyron blinks "I think they're feeling Seelie"

Adam frowns, stands. "No. Is someone bothering you?"

"No no, just..well, uhm.." Leya quiets./Lola admits "We're feeling kind of bad for getting you drunk"

Adam laughs. "Hey, you didn't pour it down.... well, ok, a few of them, but I -wanted- you to! Not your fault."

She leans against Lyron a little in a friendly manner as she covertly watches the interplay between Satyresses and Kinain. "Perhaps today will be his lucky Beltaine." Perhaps, a hint of something in her tone - not quite jealousy, but petulance, perhaps?

Lyron leans back and whispers "Maybe not...but if you want a very pleasant distraction do let me know?"

That gets her attention, and she turns said attention back over to Lyron in full. "I might not be the dancer you are, but I can cut a rug - or a bit of grass in this case - not too shabbily." Offering him a hand, and listening to see if the music has picked back up?

ANd it has, Etsie is here after all, and she may not have it up at max volume, but she's sending good jams

"Well yeah but..."

As Lola starts to .. maybe apologize more..

Brenda Thomas appears, "HEY GIrls!" And she puts arms around both sisters "Nice to meet some sister satyrs of the younger set.. see you've met my son."

"Can I talk to you girls a minute? Just us gals" her tone indicates, there's really no 'no' response. And Adam must wonder what happened as his mom takes them both away

Lyron pulls Piper to dance, saying "Hey, Etsie, can you put just a bit more island into it" He asks

The old she goat grins, and jams out the tune to 'Rock me like a hurricane'

"Not funny" He says, but smiles anyway

Adam SIGHS..... MOTHERS....

And, she'll rock - if not quite a hurricane, at least a class 4 storm.

Adam looks around...... Pair. Couple. Not interested in her. Couple. Jesus, almost married.....

Well, there's Rikki, the Racoon pooka gal

He saunters up to Rikki. "Hey. Uh, Happy Beltaine."

"Joyous Beltaine Buddy Boy," Rikki says "How goes it, O mover of sofas?"
