Sylvi appreciates her boyfriend's moves and then joins in right alongside.

"Had to give his tips what?" Baffled.

"Speech making for the boast" Zane says

"Oh. Yeah." A frown that eases slightly. "You see the sisters get here?"

"Hard to miss " Zane admires

Colton admits to Sylvi "I might have abused my authority as Storm to make sur eour celebrations were held at different times"

"Yeah...."

"Well, is your Chieftain annoyed with you?" Sylvi asks Colton.

Zane whispers "Adam, you okay?"

"Yeah. Guess?"

"Bull man.. something's off for yo utoday. Talk. I'm your wing man right?"

A shrug. "I dunno, man. Feel like.... I dunno! My... my skin doesn't fit, or something. Nevermind."

Colton grins "he told me if I didn't use my power to get to my lovely lass on Beltaine of all days I was missing a BIG Point of the holiday"

She smiles. "I like your Chieftain."

ANd zane says "Sec..." And he gestures...'hang loose' then makes a shaking motion

Kerri calls out the "daytime Maypole" and gathers people (especially childlings) who's like to dance.

Jack Flap comes out "YES! My hooves are ready!"

If any ask, she makes sure they know that dancing this doesn't mean you can't dance the later one, as well.

And Zane says "Huh. Fist bump bro"

"Uh....." Adam gives him the bump.

ANd a jolt of summer glamour, pure beltaine goes into the kinian

Kerri gathers the dancers and explains what they need to do, making sure everybody gets a ribbon.

"I like him too" Colton says

Nadeen Drags Dagmar to the Maypole!

Sylvi grabs Colton's hand and pulls him to the maypole and hands him a ribbon.

Adam blinks. "Dude, what was that for? I can see everyone...."

Piper trots up. "Did I miss the Maypole?!"

Symon is watching from the sidelines, not hiding, but leaning against a handy building. A danging hand taps lightly against his leg in time to Tove's song, seemingly on it's own without his noticing.

"Last call before we start!' Kerri calls.

"Hey Piper...." a cocky grin. Adam pulls her closer, if she'll let him, and kisses her.

"Search your feelings, Padawan" Zane says

Lydia races up, and Lily takes her tres

"Last call?" He looks around.

Kerri has just a few more ribbons left before the daytime maypole is filled.

Piper beams at Adam, returning his kiss, and giving a bit of a spin. "I had to finish some wardrobe alterations on my beltaine dress." Said dress is a summery sun dress, airy silk and not too much of it, cut fetchingly to drape around her legs and with flowers pinned here and there.

"I'm not sure if I know how to do this Nadeen..."

"You look -great-." Sincerely.

"Ooh, grab a ribbon!" She tugs at Adam's hand, then dashes to grab one of her own.

Mnd, she's THERE, and holding a ribbon!

"We learn" Nadeen says

"Uhhh...." Adam follows, takes a ribbon, and looks lost.

Kerri looks to Tove. "Ready with a dancing tune?" She then gives the dancers last minute tips, but adds "If you make a mistake, don't stop! The mistakes are part of the fun!"

"Okay....." dubious, he holds the ribbon and scans the rest of the dancers.

Lots of laughing in the group, and Kerri gives Tove the signal to start playing!

ANd Tove does, a fun family friendly son but not so kidish as to make the wilders feel too silly

Piper gives him a reassuring grin and as she spins past, she calls, "Just follow the flow!"

"Right....." He calls back, and .... doesn't do too badly!

The flow is...welll, it's simple in theory, but easy to get confused, and it's not too long before there's a mixup in the pattern. Then the near collisions begin...and the giggling.

"Keep going!" Sylvi cries out from the middle of the ribbons, ducking and weaving.

"oh JEEZ!"
