"I was thinking of proposing actually" Vali mutters. He says it low

And tiffany doesn't hear it.. "Hmm?"

"Nothing" Vali says

But between cleaning, Kerri might have

"Mm. I think...we are just about done." She checks her work, then says, "Can you two stay here a minute? I don't want Vali to move yet, but I want to check on Sylvi upstairs. She was cleaning up the tub from healing Frank."

Tiffany nods "Sure...want him hamstrung if he tries to get away?"

"You're trying to make more work for me, Thane. Just tie him down, if necessary."

Kerri gathers up the things that need to be cleaned and takes them away, out of the kitchen.

A mumble from the wilder in the chair. "...five more minutes, Tove..."

"Dagmar? Are you okay?"

Gerd nods "She's tired"

She stirs. "Hunh? Uh-huh." A sleepy nod. She's wearing Sylvi's sweats.

He whispers down from the rafters, "Long day, and had a healing put on her."

"One of'm stuck me."

"Oh, you were sleeping. I'm sorry, I didn't meant to wake you." Then a look up to the rafters. A bit of a grin, and a nod.

Then a frown again. "The poison has been cleared?"

Gerd nods "if there was any in her, It seems Kourtney got her. "Proud of her friend "Kourtney will be a pretty boss healer I think"

A nod to Gerd. "She will, I agree. Chief Clem and Hearth Agnes have a lot of faith in her, and it seems to be well placed. Excuse me while I put this away. And...ah....nobody go in the kitchen for a few minutes, please. Vali is still recovering."

"I don't think... it wasn't like Frank, it was just a cut."

"Good," Kerri says to Dagmar as she heads upstairs. "Rest."

"Well.. Dad's at work, and Tove's.. I mean, home, she should be."

"I can stay here?"

He whispers down, "No poison. I'd be able to see it if it was there." A pause, "I think." Honest, and more willing to show his uncertainty to his friends, then to the rather intimidating Hearth and Chief.

"They probably won't kick you out." His whisper dry.

"Oh, you would. You're basically a wizard."

"Maybe a Necromancer."

And Kerri is gone upstairs.

Gerd looks out the window "Geez..look at the sky. The Chief is worried"

And it is dark, gray, and intense... rain sometimes coming down but providing no relief

"Chief changes the weather?"

"She's tied to the land... so that's probably her influence..." Gerd explains, "Though the Hearth And mountain also infl.." SHe swallows "Yeah, bet none of the big three are happy"

"Yeah." She bites on her lower lip.

Gerd says "Once he's recovered t he Chief will be fine. And Olgar will pinch the HEarth's ass or something and cheer her up"

"Heh."

"Dont' tell her I said that mind you"

Then Gerd asks "You know, Tove will... mmm " She pauses "Nevermind"

"Tove will what?"

"Tove might come over here to check on you" she says

"...Did someone tell her?"

"Not yet. I was thinking of telling her but I just now realized thatmight not be what you want"

Frown.

"She'd worry."

"Right. Parents worry. it's a default" She agrees

"Yeah. Don't want her to..."

"Like, she's got enough, right?"

"I hear you" She nods "But she'll learn eventually, you know?"

"True..."

"So.. got a way to tell her so it doesn't sound so bad?"

Brow furrow.

"Well, I wasn't hurt that bad..."

"That's one way to do it yeah"
