Kerri finally makes her way back downstairs, looking tense but somewhat relieved. She looks around the room. "Frank'll be okay," she reports.

Symon looks relieved.

She looks around. "Where's Olgar? And Dagmar?"

"Don't know, and shower."

"Kourtney? What are you doing here?"

"Ah, tending to heal Dagmar, Hearth" DeBukes don't bow, but they do look deferential

Symon resumes his previous work, picking up one of Dagmar's pauldrons and wiping carefully away the traces of blood - green, black, or red - with the wipes.

"She didn't look that bad...is she...oh..." she stops as she sees the blood on the armor.

"She's okay, Kourtney?"

"Good egg under her helm ..gone down, piercing under the armor didnt quite get the lungs but came close" Not going to lie about health "She was doing her best NOT to make a deal out of it."

"That girl," Kerri mutters in frustration. "She'd let herself die rather than admit she needs help. Kourtney, thanks for caring for her."

"Most of the blood is from the other guys." He comments in Dagmar's defense.

"You're welcome, but itw as Gerd that called me... and..."At the whisper "yeah, lots of Thallian blood"

Olgar comes up "Goblin still in status frozen... "

Adam stand quietly, but frowning.

"And Adam noticed first and then told Gerd... I think?" Kourtney adds

Kerri's relief on seeing her husband come back in is nearly palpable.

"You took off so fast in the first place..." a pause, and she punches her husband lightly in the arm. "Without TELLING me."

"Well, Sam kinda almost fell down when she sat down, so.....Gerd noticed when I did."

"Yes yes. I know, and I'm sorry, babe, " Olgar says, after oofing a bit , then says in a lower voice "The Chief was ah... insistent. " the look he gives indicates a better word might be 'terrified' though only Kerri would translate

Kerri nods. He is, apparently, forgiven. Then she says, "You took the Kestrel to get to them. And bring them back."

"I'm glad you addressed it when she did, Adam, thank you."

"It responds to the Chief's will... mostly I just opened the sky trod for it. If she didn't need me for that and directions, I think Brekke would have hit warp 10 without me," Olgar admits ,and moves to Kerri's side. She can see her husband fared well in the battle. Silent, and continuing his cleanup of Dagmar's armor, as he listens to the surroundings. Even digging into the crevices of the chainmail A slight hiss as he sees where it was torn through, and he takes especial care on this area of reddish blood. The used wipes are kept in a tidy heap to be destroyed after.

Kourtney says "is there anything you need me for, Hearth? Help with other kithain in the area?"

Dag tromps back downstairs, in sweats.

"There's a good chance of it," Kerri says to Kourtney. "Can you stick around for a bit?"

"Chief..err OUR Chief, voluntold me to help, so yes" Kourtney says

Kerri has a hand resting on her husband's arm, reassuringly, protectively, possessively.

She lurks near the foot of the stairs.

She sees Dagmar has returned. "You okay?"

She nods. "Kourtney used magic."

"...Chief okay? Frank?"

And then the door swings open, and Tiffany PUSHES Vali , now free of his armor, into the lodge.

"It's just a leg wound" Vali protests to his girlfriend.

"They'll be fine," she says to Dagmar.

Tiffany GROWLS at him and points to go deeper in

"Oh for the love of.... get him over here," Kerri moves away from Olgar and helps Vali to settle by the 'Fire.

It is not, 'just a leg' wound, it is a clumshy bandanage attempt over a bullet wound 'clean through' or not.. a cut in the thigh from some sort of axe.

Adam backs away at the explosion of troll into the lodge.

Tiffany almost spits "Hackles ! Growl Snap snap! you..DINGUS" At her boyfriend.

"If I have one more warrior who doesn't know enough to admit when the damage is SIGNIFICANT...." muttering irritated Hearth.

She is furious at him

An irritated harrumph. "All right. Everybody, listen up."

"There's still a bullet in there." He hisses into the sudden silence, his eyes glowing one last time. Then falls silent, a guilty glance at the Hearth.

"Kourtney, I need you to work on Vali's leg. Symon, thank you for cleaning up the armor. When it's done, put it in the kitchen, and I'll be able to repair it.
