"I got her tickets to a few shows. And I was thinking about getting her some of Mrs. King's music."

"Music wise or you mean in general?"

"When I was on the farm I acted too snooty for country, but I like some of it and admit it now that I'm more mature. I'm a fan of Ed Sheeran"

"I like some of his stuff too, and he seems like a really solid good-guy, you know?"

"I know. I love Billie Eilish' music but at times she seems a bit of a B to me.. never know your heroes"

"Ever seen either of them live?"

"No, but once Vali took me to a Weird Al concert. Funny man, and very athletic"

Adam's face is .... amusing. "Did you guys used to date?"

"Nope, he just had an extra ticket"

"Oh. So going as just-friends is ok?"

"As long as both parties realize it's just friends and one doesn't try to play it into a situation hoping to make it more than just friends which would get really awkward for the one who was lured under false pretenses"

"You think people ever go from just-friends to more?"

"Perhaps" A brow

"I mean, I'd like to think so, right?" Charmingly "Good friends have to make for good more-than-friends, right? I mean, you already care for each other."

"Adam," She says "If we're done with tutoring, I rreally have to get to my own work and studies."

"Aw, ok." A little disappointed, but..... "Thanks for the time, and the food. It was really good to talk with you."

"Thanks, and I hope I'm helping your grades but I know you'll give it a try"

Adam bounces over and opens his arms. "Hug?"

She laughs "For connor I might fall for that"

"Friendly-like!"

A quick ONE armed hug "Off you go"

He takes it! With a broad smile. "Thanks again, Sally Mae." and he bounds out of the kitchen and the Lodge (unless stopped?)

He heads home unless another option presents itself.

Though he may remember, Zane new a little of SOothsay. Maybe he could readinto that court thing?

No downside to going over to the Wayburtons..... with a big grin, he heads that direction.

Marsha Wayburton, a Milf herself, opens it "Hello?"

"Hey Mrs. Wayburton!" Moms are off limits but a guy can be friendly. "Is Zane or Piper here?"

"Sure... you two boys have whatever sort of fun you want, we're an open minded family" She beams approvingly

Then she heads off to get Zane

Zane trots down "Hey man, what up?"

"Got a question for you, Big Magic Man." Adam fist-bumps him.

"Wow, in the magic department? Sure... yeah I could make you see a 2 as a ten. What else?" A grin

"So...... how do you tell if someone is Seelie or Unseelie?"

"Well, sometimes it shows in our very looks. Like unseelie trolls lean a little green lately? But not always. But with magic? A really successful use of ye old Omen will do it. It can tell me some kithain's court prety easy, and if I'm lucky, even their true role or legacy "
