Siv nods "We'fve got this mom. " Siv says "I won't dishonor the family. Promise"

"Dishonor, I would find a way to live with. But you must come out of this in one piece, regardless of the illusion you create."

Siv nods "Yes mother, I'll do that too." A squeeze of her mom's GOOD hand, "Go rest up. You've been swarmed by court and parties for over 12 hours. Rest up, or take a walk in the woods. You need some 'introvert' time"

Dirk nods "People suck"

Brekke gives a bemused look to both of them. "I am being sent to bed. Interesting. However, I may indeed do just that." She nods and does rise from her chair. "Good night." And she makes her way upstairs.
