"Flopsy...don't leave, but...let her in? So I can talk with her?"

The little imp looks like a sexy she devil, in minture. Men must find her very..sensual. Why even Sylvi can see the appeal... if she were life sized.

"Hi," she says as Flopsy closes the door again. "We, uh, haven't really talked, I guess."

"Hi... oh you're number four, I can see why" She smiles. The poor imp does , now that she's closer, look a BIT on the starved side, like a model expected to do without eating for a week too make a shoot. Not her usual form no doubt

"I'm...what? Number four?"

She does feel a pang of pity for the starved figure, but she's also a bit wary.

"Oh. forget I said that please. I.. Adam is.. .I owe him.." And the little she devil looks ready to cry.

A tense look to Flopsy, then back to her. "Why do you owe him?"

"I.. without him I'd still be undone.. I was barely an ember. he..his dreams woke me. We bonded. I tried to help" she explains.

Sylvi sits on her bed, cross-legged. "But...why? Why were you so weak before he got there? I mean...were you with somebody before him?"

"Not for 17 years.. the type of dreams I need well.." she looks about, and seems to taste the air, "Well, I can see you'd understand."

"Well...yeah...but...." A sigh. "That stuff is private. And...I want to know that it's me having those dreams, not that I'm being made to have them." Uncomfortable.

"Oh.. uhm...well, ah..you're not mADE to I don't make anyone.. do anything" The sexy little creature looks miserable again "I tried to explain that to him when I went to possess lana or her sister and take her dancing"

Sylvi winces. "Is that what happened? That's like...mortals make horror movies out of that stuff."

"Well that's not the type of dream I AM made of. " A sniff "Adam... he.. I thought he knew me"

Floppsy moves to talk "It's okay, Nabuni. The Winterskins don't always grasp how focused we can be"

"Yeah, but I mean...just having somebody else climb inside and take over? That makes me nervous."

"i'm not allowed to talk to mortals and tell them I'm gonna possess them" She reminds "BOTH our Eshcheats are against that.."

"Ahem" Floppsy gives NabuNi a LOOK

"I mean.. the escheat yes" SHe says

Sylvi looks between the two of them. "Wait...wait... there's another escheat?!"

"Why NOOOOOOO..." Innocence does not look on devil shaped chimera

Floppsy sighs

She folds her arms. "I'm not convinced."

"Suffice to say there are certain things you aren't allowed to know about our little society, Sylvi. " Floppsy says as if explaining right of ignorance to a newly arrived "It's for our safety and yours."

"Society? You mean...all chimera have a society?!"

A long look from the rabbit AND imp at her like.. seriously?

She looks at first one, then the other. "What? What did I say?"

"It's that you asked for more details when I just explained that there's a lot we couldn't answer," The rabbit says, then looks to Nabuni "She really IS quite clever normally. I was not idly boasting"

"Oh I never thought you were, she's very clever I'm sure" A nod from the imp girl

"Sorry! Sorry, it's just..." She looks about to ask for more, but then presses her lips together a moment, pouts, then says, "Fine. Fine!"

"I mean, you said there were certain things I couldn't know...so I don't know which those are!" A bit defensively.

"Well you can't expect everything up front, Sylvi. Please, be patient" Her rabbit friend says

"Oh that word drives Adam nuts" Nabuni says

The protest dies on her lips, and she gives a narrow look. "Oh. So this is a lesson." A bit sour, but not bitter.

"She actually thinks I nearly faded so she coudl educated?" Nabunis stares disbelievingly at Floppsy.

"more like she thinks I'm utilizing it. She is a dear one, but remember, she doesn't know my position and responslibities beyond my bond to her" the hare says

"No, that's not what I mean! I mean...yes, what he said. And..." Then she stops. "Position?"

Then she puts her hands in the air. "No, okay, never mind, I'm not asking."

"Thank you, Sylvi, I appreciate your understanding" Floppsy says

A frustrated exhale as she drops her hands. "Okay...Nabuni...maybe I'm not understanding the whole possessing thing. I mean, like I said, sounds like a horror movie to me. Like...you could make me do things I'd regret, or I could end up hurt because of what you choose to do."

"No... well, regret ....n ot so much... but hurt no no.. I can't endanger anyone... not by possession. I only can make folks do what they want to do anyway.. like gift of pan, but I gain glamour from the joy of it"

"It's how I recharge, how I feed. " She explains "One of the ways. "

An uncomfortable shift. "The Gift of Pan can be dangerous, too."

"no it can't," Nabuni frowns.

"Nabuni, to some, freedom can be frightening" The rabbit says

"Um...yeah, it can. Say a person has a crush on somebody that they know really is bad for them, but is cute? The Gift might push her to go after that crush, and then after the Gift is over, the crush thinks there's a relationship or something. They can both get hurt then."

Nabuni frowns "I have more guidance than that. And had no complaints from anyone I've ever possessed. "
