Brekke looks up at the door. And Sylvi walks in with Siv. "Oh, thank goodness...they're here," Sylvi says. "I think we're all clear."

Siv does a head count, then nods "Aye. We're lucky."

An eyebrow from the Chieftain. "You two were also involved?"

Then Siv says "Mom, before you ask... I'm fine. I was the driver for the getaway vehicle"

"And she stayed in the car, away from the worst of it," Sylvi confirms. "You guys hurt?"

Brekke looks...not pleased, but at least mollified.

Kerri has vanished into the kitchen, perhaps ushering Eden away so she can change.

Sylvi holds up her camera. "Chieftain, they're doing some kind of mind control on kids at this church place on the edge of town. Drugs and brainwashing and stuff. I got video."

"Sorry for.. well..."

Soon enough, Eden returns Two legs.

A frown from Brekke, and a nod. She looks to Wallace. "This is what they did to you?"

Eden is once again in possession of the thumb drive, though in her hands this time.

"Yeah, they make you drink this thing... I've never seen a roofie but it sure felt like it. I learned how to get around it by gettig it into my cheek"

"Well, you still forgot."

"That was because of the banality not the drug" Wallace scowled "And I fought you know?"

Brekke shakes her head. "Nobody is saying you did not fight."

"I'm sure. I was just there a couple minutes and it was bad..."

"Who sent you there?"

"My grandmother" he sighs "She's a ..piece of work" Wanting to be ruder

"Uhg. Fuck that old lady."

"Hmph."

Brekke doesn't approve of the language, but also doesn't censor it.

Sylvi says, "I heard the alarm go off...that was you, Dagmar?"

Wallace grunts "It's embarrassing... we clurichaun vanish"

"Uh. Yeah."

"I kicked down the door, grabbed him, and ran."

"The Head Bitch was all 'SPAWN OF SATAN' and waving a bible at me."

A frown. "Wallace, your grandmother lives in town?" Brekke asks.

"Nope, just this was the closest 'camp' she could send me. It was this or the South or something"

"And your parents?"

Sylvi goes over to Eden to give her a hug. "You okay?"

Siv is helping Eden with the thumbdrive when Sylvi gives the later a hug "I'll never be able to play the piano again"

"My parents died..." Wallace says matter of fact

Gerd looks up at that

"Well, you sure as hell ain't going back to that shrivelled up cu-..."

"Dagmar." Brekke interrupts.

"..sorry."

She's not.

Wallace grins "You're beautiful" to Dagmar "I like your fire"

"And the fact you saved my ass" Sheepish

Then back to Wallace. "You will stay here tonight. Tomorrow, we will start to see what we can arrange for you. I do not know if you can stay local, if they will be looking for you. But...that is a discussion for tomorrow."

"Thank you, Chieftain. " He says

Sylvi grins a bit at Wallace's comment.

"Sylvi, help us get this thumb drive working" Siv says "You know I"m not that good with tech"

"What they're doing has to be illegal."

Sylvi gets to work helping them with the thumb drive. "I'm dying to know what you got on this, Eden."

"I don't know the law, I just know I'm never going back. The dchieftain is welcome to drop me off ANYWHERE but there again" Wallace says "I just wish I could set fire to it"

"Well, who knows how they're gonna square up what happened in their heads."

And the laptop comes up with names, notes, files! Every kid who has been through the program in 10 years
