She squints. "Okay, that's weird..."

"Am I going to turn blue too?"

And suddenly he's glowing with enchantment, but he does not burst out.

He does look a BIT diffierent. His clothes shift to a voile, his ears might get a bit more angular..maybe

"Nope. You are not turning blue"

Everything is even clearer now... not just the dead giant crab and the girl... but the world itself seems more unreal.. or more real.

"Woah......"

"Nadeen?"

"I'm fine, but this man saw us without being enchanted. He's a threat" Tanya/Nadeen says

"But he has voile - is he, like, a sidhe? Or... oh, a selkie?"

"Like, without a skin yet?"

"He's like Sally Mae" Siv says "Hold on." She grabs a fallen crab leg and taps Adam with it. "Feel that?" he does.

Adam has turned to look at Tanya. Please call again, he is out right now

"Kinain, you mean?"

Tanya sighs "Oh this is annoying. Zane, wipe his memory"

"I can't, I mean, I could but he'll still be enchanted now... and Nadeen, whatever you do, don't inhale. I think you'll kill him."

"But kinain are allowed to know..."

"He saw without being enchanted, he is a threat to us all. " The Varich says "Maybe if we kept him as a servant in the hold"

"Um, Nadeen, we can't do that."

"Yeah, the LIams would have a duck fit" Zane says then grins at Adam "Hey, buddy. Welcome to the netherworld."

Horns shimmering.

Nope. Keep trying.

"We'll he can't be dreamstruck already" Siv says with a sigh "Nadeen? Could you tune down the beauty?"

"What, that's like asking if Dagmar and you can get short" Nadeen protests

"We should probably tell Chief..."

"Oh she'll love this" Siv groans.

Nadeen moves behind Dagmar vanishing from sight

"Well, yeah. But we should tell her anyways?"

Adam takes a sudden deep breath and blinks rapidly. " where did she go?"

Siv sighs "Yes we should. Hi, Adam. Hold this." She hands him the crab leg to see if it falls through his hands.

He tries to take it.

And he holds it. It's solid.

"He's enchanted ... at least we know how that works."

" why couldn't I pick this up before? I was going to beat the thing with its own leg."

"So... um."

"Zane?"

Dagmar fidgets, faintly purple again. Siv is gorgeous... Dagmar is solid. And brawny. And tall - pushing seven foot and change in her mien. A golden falcon is emblazoned across her chest, and she has golden spurs on her heels. And Flyswatter, of course.

Adam's voile suggests a noble's servant, not that he would know it.

He waves the leg. "Seriously, what's going on? Am I losing my mind??"

"Noooo..."

"No. You're okay." She looks around - it had just been fae earlier, hadn't it? Save Adam, of course.

"Well great, but that doesn't explain anything!!"

"Um. I think you're special, somehow. Like... it.. most people can't..."

"No shit most people cant!!"

"Yeah?" Zane asks

Adam stops long enough to note. "You are, like, really big..."

She flushes again, then goes pale beneath the blue. She clenches her broad hands into fists.

Siv says "Easy... it's very complicated but... yes, we're tall, some of us. Some of us are different."

"Zane, I can't... I don't know how to explain..."

"Right. Okay.. imagine a world where all that you imagined that anyone ever had imgainged, was real"
