"Well...I think you girls are pretty amazing, yourselves.

"Mmph." Swallows

"Hey Siv, did you ask?"

"I'm serious. You've done fine things already in your lives, and you have done them out of care for others. "

"Ask?"

"Well, fair's fair. Everybody here's been... I mean.. you know?"

"Well... goodness, Hearth. Dagmar's right... we learned it from you and the others... the doing it out of care"

"Oh and about my Ship trip... and asking Sylvi along etc... "

"Well, then we've been doing our jobs right."

Then to Dagmar "And I'm going, not sure about Sylvi yet and wasn't gonna push"

Then a sigh about the trip. "I'll have to speak with her father. All three of you are planning to go?"

"I wanna be like you when I grow up. Like... just... how you know how to say the right thing, and be safe?"

"I think it'll be during basketball camp, right?"

Kerri smiles. "Well...I'm glad it seems I always know, but sometimes I don't. And I've made plenty of mistakes in my time."

"Yep... so you know, if Sylvi gets shut out... I'm sure she'll take it with stoic dignity" hint of humor

"Mmph. But mistakes you didn't fix? Tove is all about how mistakes aren't set in stone."

A nod at that "Your mom is all right" A nod to Dagmar

"Yeah. Tove's cool."

"Well..." A pause, then quietly. "Some mistakes cannot be fixed. Fix the ones you can."

A curious look at Kerri at that, but a nod.

A frown and a nod.

"Well. . I don't know what mistakes you made, AUnt Kerri" She looks around "But your'e doing pretty darn good for yourself"

then a smile

"Well, yeah. Hearth-Boss."

A deep breath. "I am. However..." she stands. "I have tasks to complete." A grin as she returns to her list. "Is there anything you want me to pick up?"

"Dr. Pepper?"

"Of course. Siv?"

"Well, you know I'd murder for Peanut butter brittle but I know it can be a pain in the ass so.. no worries." She ponders then "I.. could you..." A breath "I'll be eating less apples than before I think."

"Oh, I haven't made peanut brittle in a bit! I'll set that up. As for eating fewer apples... I don't follow."

She lowers her lashes

Then a look of realization. "Oh! Oh...I'm sorry, of course, Siv."

"thanks. obviously others... might like them still"

"Oh, I hardly think we'll ever be completely without apples here, given the kingdom. Right. Then..." A final tally of her list, and she gathers up a number of canvas totes from a storage closet. "I believe I am off on the hunt."

"Do you need anything done around here?" She looks around

"...I don't get the apple thing?"

"Hey, can I gives apples to Stormwake?"

"it's..nothing" lie " Imean..it's a personal hang up right now" true

Eye-twitch.

a smile at Stormwake is mentioned

"Well...if you wouldn't mind wiping down the counters and giving the floor a sweep, I would appreciate it."

She nods. "I can do that. Hey, do they really make sugar in cubes? I read it in a book."

A blink at Dagmar. "You...you've never seen sugarcubes?"

ANother sip of her tea, and she gets a rag, "I'll get the counters if you get the sweeping, Dagmar?"

"No?"

"Sugar cubes, on the list. Done. Thank you, ladies." And she's off.

"Thanks Kerri!"

She snags the broom.

Kerri is off to plunder the sale aisle!

"I don't know where she gets the energy" Siv says and wipes down the counter
