Dirk is bloody and cut, but he's grinning. He won.

"Seelie ###got!" The other redcap snaps at him, limping as he's shoved along.

"Seelie?" Dirk smashes the morning star into the same leg, "That seem Seelie to you?"

The other redcap goes down. "Glamour is free... I had a right"

"Yeah, free, but ya still broke the Escheat... and now there's less glamour for ME... buttmunch" Dirk snaps and pushes the punk along towards the lodge.

Oak and Edwelweiss bark alert of a stranger! They know DIrk, they don't know this other

Dagmar pauses from her patrol at the commotion.

Dirk's been in a fight... but he's not as hurt as the other Redcap ... who.. DIrk has taken prisoner?

A grunt, and she pulls Flyswatter from her back.

Brekke comes out of the Lodge at the sound of the dogs' alarum. She has Speaker in hand and frowns as she takes in the scene as Dirk and captive approach. "What is this?"

"This fucker waylaid me" The Other Cap says. Truth!

"yEAH, easier to win that way" Dirk says "Peacekeeper Dirk reporting in. " Grinning.

Oh my, the new cap's leg is a mauled mess.

Eyebrow.

Brekke frowns deeply. "Dirk...why have you done this?"

"He tried to run away" Truth Dirk says "Oh and he called me Seelie." A nod

"Dirk...what was his crime?"

Snort, a mutter. "Seelie my ass."

"OH!" He says "he ravaged some chick"

She shoots a brief look at Dagmar, though it may include a bit of agreement.

Then her eyes go wide. "Where? Is the Dreamer safe?"

"I did not!" The other cap says LIE , "This guy is framing me!" LIE

Another snort.

Dirk blinks, "I got the ravager... I mean, I can't UN ravage the chick so..." he shrugs, not sure why that part matters.

It doesn't take a genius to realize that DIrk is definitely thinking like a redcap. The Dreamer doesn't matter that much to him so much as catching the rule breaker and kicking his ass

"Do you think I do not know when you lie?" Brekke says to the cap captive.

"Dirk, I am glad you got the ravager. Where was the Dreamer when you saw her last?"

The ravager looks up and sees the falcon, "Shit..fuck.. at least you're not a Liam right? I mean, you know sometimes you gotta to survive.." Wheedling

She rolls her eyes. "Which is why we have right of rescue, dumbass."

"Be quiet until I question you," Brekke glares at the redcap.

A look at the Chief. "..sorry." Shushes.

"Oh.. uh.. about a block and a half away, probably still crying because he made her feel ugly and told her no one would ever love her and shit... did it in front of me..." Dirk says "SO I beat the shit out of him to bring him here." Stating the obivous then "Was I supposed to do something with whiny girl? I mean.. she's not good for musing now... pretty rung out."

"...Should I go get her?"

A nod to Dagmar. "Get her someplace safe. She is vulnerable. Talk to her."

"And Dagmar, send a message when you get her somewhere. We will need to know where to find her to continue to help her." Then a glare back at the captive. "What is your name?"

"Scrupple" A lie.

"Dick, even I know you're lying" Dirk snorts at him.

Dirk also looks to Dagmar "Kind of of strawberry blonde, plotchy freckles"

Brekke takes a step closer. "I have no qualms against forcing a ravager to answer me."

Dag nods, tromping off.

Redcaps are masters at intimidation, that does not in anyway make them IMMUNE to it. The fellow swallows scared and says "My real name is Lester, they call me Snaptrap.... I was just passing through away from the County seat. Heard a sidhe Gwyd was there... thought this area would be far enough. I was feeling low on glamour...she was ripe.. I mean, who doesn't squeeze a peach?"

An eyebrow. "Squeeze a peach. That is how you see that Dreamer? Nothing more than Glamour to take?"

"No" LIE

Dirk blinks at this.

"Do not lie to me." Her voice is the rumble of an approaching storm.

"Yeah, they are... theire bags of glamour and no one gives a shit when they're empty" Snaptrap says "Only you seelie don't see that"

"Yes...and yet we manage to survive." Her silver hand clenches and releases. "You said you were passing through. From where, to where?"

"I was heading from New York state, going down to Atlantic City. Figure lots of wanna get rich fools still there" he says

Dirk looks to be thinking. Which is not always easy for him.

Brekke notices. "What is it, Dirk?"
