Can Tove finish her tray of snacks in time?

Well, it's certainly a race to the bottom... of the bowl.

"Okay, we find the dog, get five hundred, profit..." Munch munch "But there are probably some steps we need in there" Lupita says while Tove works on more substantial snacks

"I don't see why not. That's pure profit, for sure."

"Well, like where would a dog go during a thunderstorm," Lupita says "We have to think Canine" A slight blush

"SOmewhere to hide. Lots of brush?"

"Sounds good. Dogs like caves right?" May says

"Dens, yes," Lupita agrees, "Some palce where the back is solid, and anything coming at you has to face your fangs." She looks distant for a second

"Hmm. You know that park near Wiley Rd? That's less than a mile from the owners..."

"Wouldn't they have checked that by now?" May asks

"Maybe, but the rain would wash all scents away meaning the dog might go the completely wrong direction from there" Lupita agrees

"Or he hid..."

"Why would he hide from his humans?" May says

Tove calls out "Pigs in blankets done."

"Because he was scared?"

"ALso he ran away, maybe he thought he'd be punshed. Dogs are a lot like little kids" Lupita says

"He's probably terrified. Poor guy."

"Yup. We should totally help him and not just for the money" Lupita sniffs the air, "But ah, we can't do that on empty stomachs"

"Fair point!"

"Did I mention my pigs in blankets are made with spiced sausages?" Tove calls out anew.

"your mom would spice water if she could," May says

"She tried!"

Teenagers descending on carb-wrapped-pork-products!

It's a slaughter, the poor food is simply overwhelmed

But no one can say it wasn't delicious.

And soon, the Terrier hunt is on its way.

Siv pulls Gerd along, "Easy there, we're almost to the lodge..."

"Uh huh," Gerd nods "I know... I'm okay. I'll be okay" The goth girl assures the older troll...but in point of fact Gerd is not okay. Faded a bit to say the least.

"Oh bullshite," Siv says "You need the fire... and if you say otherwise I may slow roast you over it" The dogs greet them. Edelweiss grows VERY worried , almost frantic and immediately licks the twelve year old and offers herself up like a support animal.

"Eddie, stop.. it's okay. We're here." But Gerd pets the animal.

ANd in the much faded girl goes.

"Oooo I could give you such a knock" Siv says

"I Had to try" Gerd says

"Oh yeah, you tried to muse a borderline autumn person... and instead almost winked out from banality backlash." Siv bullies Gerd to a seat near the fire. Edie puts her head on Gerd's lap pinning her there.

"The important thing is it iddn't hurt Erika" Wobbly girl.

"I'm not sure Uncle Vali will agree. WHEN HE FINDS OUT." Huhmph.

"Maybe he won't notice?" Gerd hopes.

The crunch of gravel on the path.....

Siv tilts her head at the girl "Come on."

Gerd winces "yeah I..oh no, that could be him."

Frank steps in, carefully toeing off his boots.

"Nope, it's only my father, you know, Mountain, Shaman, knight of House Liam. Pretty good bowler"

Frank looks up. "I am?"

Frank can hear his daughter using a tone indicating someone might be in trouble.

"Hi, Mountain" A patchy new wilder says, her mein spotty. Gerd waves weakly.

He frowns. "Gerd?"

"Well, you don't stink at bowling, Dad." Siv says "Gerd and you might want to talk. I'll get you coffee" Siv gets up to do just that

Gerd shoots Siv a look, then says to Frank "I tried to.. muse Erika to be less banal. Instead of inspiring her I got kind of..well, I got a does of ..she's so locked into her own views. " Sheepish
