Tove is more accepting "Maybe something like Vinland Yard Management?"

"That sounds super professional."

"And a nod to your viking heritage" Tove says

"True!"

"I was thinking I could charge so much to mow, and then maybe something else for weeds. Like, man, Mrs. Bayless had a jungle..."

"not unreasonable. " He says

"Maybe we can look at professional services elsewhere and see how they do costs. Of course, you can't charge as much... but it's an idea," Tove says and gets her laptop out.

She nods. "Figured as much."

Soon tove and she are looking over costs and so on.. and while she can't do all they do (She doesn't have the tools or certification) but it does give her a great idea of how services are split, which costs more in general, and so on.

"I'll need to save some to get more gas..."

"Olgar seemed pretty cool about the lawnmower in general, though."

"GOod poiint, we have to take gas into account, and the blades will need sharpened. Mmm " Tove opens up browsers for costs of lawn mower repair if need be and all

"Wow. Yes, I think it's good you're only doing this for a month or so"

"I bet we could sharpen the blades ourselves..."

"Well, sure," She agrees

"I mean, how different can they be from Flyswatter?"

"Mmm fair point." She says "You're not afraid of trying."

"One of her favorite shows is forged in fire. She's not afraid to sharpen a blade, even a mower blade" Jaymes says from the kitchen

"Another dozen lawns I should be okay, with gas and everything..."

"Maybe less, we'll see" Tove says, "Let's see..ooh. I like the look on this website, something like this pattern for yours?"

"Sure? I like all the green and gold."

"Works..." She says and loadss up some basic demos on website creation "My own uses more blues"

"Well, blue is my favorite - but grass!"

"Well," she laughs "true."

The two get caught up in webdesign...

and then..smells from the kitchen

Good smells?

Yeah, not bad... not as spicy as she's used to.

"Oh, Dad made dinner..."

"What," She rises up, 'hey... he.." Tove's face wobbles as if she's not sure what to make of this.

"Isn't that sweet?"

"It is... " begrudgingly, then she calls out in a wheedling tone "Need help, honey?"

"No." Comes a simple answer.

Tove gives a nose wrinkle at that response.

"It's nice that he does stuff. A lot of the time, man, guys get all 'King of the House' and don't never do shit to help."

"mmph" she says then glances at Dagmar, considering, "Your'e right. It's not something I thought he'd keep his hand in since he and I got married, but it's nice that he does isn't it?"

She nods. "Yuh-huh. And we were busy."

Sheepishly, she sits down again, "yes, let's get back to this." then a mutter "We can add spices after the fact if we have to."

A laugh. "Hey, he tries!"

"He does, he's a great guy" She laughs softly back, "ooo... we can put a vine like border on your website display"

"Vinland!"

"...probably no Thor?"

"Probably no thor," She admits

"Unless it was Thor with a Mower.. and I don't knwo how to draw that"

Sigh. "Yeah, probably."

"But we might know someone who does. I.. wait.. yes, Sally Mae's cousin Earl normally does creepy things, but I bet he might give us a discount fora doodle"

"Oh, really?"

"That'd be cool... but, I mean, time. I could put up signs after school tomorrow..."

"Right..mmm yes. I'll give a call and see what I can set up but ..it isn't a must" she says
