A huff

"Now, that being said, I also understand that sometimes being in charge of your anger is not easy...and certainly not when your body is deciding to change the rules on you."

A whimper "I dont' want every tiem I'm angry for some one to tell me it's just 'that time of the month'" yes, more of a whimper than a real growl, as if she's sure somoene WILL "Sometimes I AM angry because.. someeone pissed me off that's.. that's it"

"Of course. That's not what I'm trying to say. But, until you get used to it, the simple fact is that you're going to have times where you have that much less control over your very justifiable anger. That doesn't mean there's nothing to be angry about...just that you won't be able to hide the anger as well. Again, normal. If anybody tells you it's just because of your period, that person has got a lot to learn."

"I .. guess" She sighs "yeah.. I ..." A sigh "I know Uncle Vali means well but could you tell him not to.. help me with this? I mean... there's the other girls and you and Aunt Brekke if I need someone to... I'd ratehr it not be a guy"

"Honestly? I'm pretty sure he'd rather not have been the one there at that moment, too. But he's the one you had...and you hurt him for it."

"I..." And the anger goes dim and she lowers her head as the shame settles in then "I ..did. He.. wouldn't let me vap and that's not even really smoking I..." A sigh "I was wrong. "

"I'm going to.. go shower I think and... can we talk another time?"

"Well, you and I are going to have a talk about vaping. And I'm going to help you set up what you need for when this happens again because, unfortunately, it will happen again. But yes...you take a good hot shower, take a couple of the ibuprofen when you get out, and don't forget to eat that pastry. Chocolate is prescribed. I'll take care of these." She gathers up the items and heads out of Gerd's room.

"Tha..thanks" A sigh resigned... and Gerd gets ready for her shower.
