Funeral day, and Dagmar so did not want to go. Her dad, who is cool even if he should not be told too often, let her off the hook. Besides, she's unsained and there ought to be some benefits to it!

So grim as it is... she has company. Betty, who was one of the people rescued, but feigned not feeling well and also.. well, in her own words "I know she was a furking hero, but they'll want me to say something and … in front of a crowd for her and the other guy and … I'll cry and shit. No thank you. In front of everyone?"

Which is a nice distraction from thoughts like Symon being off in the Dreaming and Dagmar can't protect her.

Nadeen is here too, but has other means to occupy herself.

Braunsbedra is up to something.

"Shit yeah" Dagmar understands.

"You wanna come ?" Betty says looking left and right "i'm..trying to take something back"

An easy-going shrug. "Sure."

"I been working on something," She says "Oh.. uhm… could you help me pull it?" The 'thing' turns out to be a pony sized catapult. And two dozen mostly rotten eggs

"Now... you know the balor made me use my.. well this, for ..well.. you know"

"So I'm taking it back... one of the older trolls said something. ANd it kind of made sense."

"Yeah?" Hauling on a rope.

"Yeah. I made a mistake, but I didn't fire those weapons from that tower that killed. Now , I'm firing THIS. . and nobody's gonna die. " A pause "Whose that bitch you guys are always complaining about? The mean old hag?"

"Uhg. McGillicuddy. She's the worst. An absolute cankle."

"Do this, do that, and I'll insult you while you do!"

"I mean, I got enough of that, I ain't gotta take it now."

"Right. So...she's evil, well, egging her house level of evil... Let's see. You got your smart phone? Can I borrow? Iwant to do some triangulation. If I got this right, We'll be able to hit her from a mile away"

"My phone isn't smart... it's just, y'know, a phone..."

"Oh.. mm well, where is the house?"

"On Maple and Bentley?"

"Let's go scout it out, we can leave this for a moment..." SHe pulls out some paper and notes "Gonna draft it old skool"

She looks to the troll girl to lead her that way.

"Seems like a lt of math.."

"Some sure... you gotta take some factors into account, like wind and such..." As they close on the house, there indeed is McGillcuddy, fussing at some children "Slovenly! Just slovenly...what you ruffians wear today"

Dagmar scowls. "Leave them alone!"

"Shouldn't you be in school? Hrumph" The old woman doesn't what for an answer and hobbles into her house

"Oh this bitch is so getting it" The nocker says and scribbles down notes , making a map of sorts "You wanna pull the lever after I line it up?"

"Me? Oh, hell yeah..."

"C'mon..." She walks towards her construction "She will never furking see it coming, but she'll smell it for days"

Dagmar snickers and follows

Yup, lots of math, well, more math that Dagmar might like. Wind, Arc, and.. oh "Spread, the eggs will scatter, so what we do is put this biodegradable paper over it...thank you grocery store bag..." She clicks it left, a bit more left... too far left, touch back, and then "Okay, ready?" She gestures to the switch

"On my mark," She says "Pull the lever, and we unleash egg laden justice. If you wish to make a furkin battle cry as you do so, go for it"

"Ah-yee-ah-yah!"

"Ah-yee-ah-yah!" Betty joins in, and as Dagmar throws the lever and the mighty device is finally set free to give loose the yolk heavy retribution! The paper does keep it together for the first half, but as if on que it breaks up and ...a rain of mostly rotten eggs cascade down down upon the house of the hated haridan

There are some cheers from local children.. and an outraged old woman yelling...but clueless as to where it came from.

Dagmar snickers, and offers betty a high-five

High five "Geez, take my hand off..." She blows on it after then grins eel like teeth sharp, "let's crate this puppy back and act like we don't know nothing"

"We don't! We're just two innocent scamps... Vali says scamps, he's a weirdo..."

"Who says 'Scamps'? What is he, like still watching shows in black and white?" Mind blown

"I know, right?"

"your dad is pretty cool though. I bet he'd never say scamps"

"He doesn't. Because he's the best. You'll be at my saining, right?"

"Damn straight... if only to get the count down over with... you act like days are taking weeks to pass.." smirk, friendly nudge.
