A low whisper "It was amazing. I mean, when that shadow crossed the light and we went all whoosh tardis into the middle of a urban fantasy firefight? That was crazy cool"

"You were right,I didn't ken it... it was just... on a whole diffeerent level... well, that's not entire true... Wulf's magic, it felt ..close?"

"The three of them were less banal, that's for certain. Nothing at all like the goth ones, though."

"Goth ones? "

"I mean, the bad guys had gray and black suits but it didn't strike me as goth"

"The willworkers, the ones that are 'Hollow.' They look like Hot Topic rejects."

"These weren't them. I know nto all the factions."

"There are Goth wizards? thats... that's kind of cool" A thought "Piercing girl was definitely on some counter culture scene, but not goth"

"Right. The Norseman... I see why you liked him. The Kabbalist seemed... mm... prickly."

"I'm not sure he was a kaballast in the sense of...well, he seemed to be more into the power the learning brought than respect for the culture? Or did I mis read?"

"He used a Seal of Solomon - so, high magic. Ritualistic, but not religious. Wulf was religious."

She nods. "Though they had some knowledge of us. And respect."

"I think the cold ones.I think they hated us, and feared us. Like our very existence meant they...not sure...but maybe it had to do with their banality"
