When the Kestrel lands, Siv makes sure the ship is moored properly and all. She looks less tense than before, which might be odd as her birthday was ripped out of..everyone's calendar.

Dagmar seems unbothered by the missing day - but then, is that any more weird than anything else in her life?

"Good work, Dagmar" Siv says as she finishes up with the ship's placement.

Dirk seems to decided that trying to figure out a missing day hurts his head, so screw it.

"It was fun!"

Jaymes says "Mm less fun will be making sure school work is ready "

"We have Monday offffffff."

"You really want to use your day off playing catch up?" He raises a brow

"...no."

A grunt nod from Jaymes

"I don't have that much homework. Maybe we'll get a snow day."

"Mmmph." Jaymes says

"Snow days are the best! Hey, are there snow inaminae, or is it not permanent enough?"

"Lots of chimera, not sure about snow inaminae" Jaymes says "But then, Klump would know."

"He would..."

Siv ponders "Maybe it's just something that happens to water inaminae?"

"Oh, could be!"

"One of us should check on Tove , Twobit and Odin" Jaymes says to hsi daughter

"Sure! I'm going!" ANd she's off, cutting across the woods for the Barn.

Dagmar';s long legs get her their fast to her home! And the thought of that might catch her off guard... HER Home. As much as she likes the lodge, this Dutch farmhouse is hers! Well, and Jaymes and Tove's and Odin and Twobits...

an opinionated cat stares out of the window with one eye

"TOOOOVE, WE"RE HOOOOOOME!" She hollers, then - "Hi Odin!"

Several rrrows and fusses begin.

Tove opens the door, twobit shoots between her leg, "Dagmar " A smile

She touches the glass by Odin. "Yes, hi!"

"Tove! Jaynes is at the Lodge still, so I'm faster. So.. hi!"

"We're back."

"I see that," She says. Twobit huffs as Jaymes isn't here yet ,but does bounce against legs

"Everything go okay?" She pauses, seeming to consider something - awkward body language, then she scoops up TwoBit instead.

"I was going to ask you the same thing," Tove says, "I think Vali and a patrol had a bit of a to do with someone but they're fine"

"We saw the Jersey Devil! He's a real dickwad."

"Is eeveryone all right? I mean, I know the Chieftain can heal but.." Tove has worry face

"Well, the grown-ups got all fussy about the crap the Devil was spewing, but, like, you can't listen to shit like that or it gets to you, you know? People will say whatever just to watch you squirm."

"Sounds like more than just saying nasty things" SHe strokes Dagmar's hair a bit, "But you're right. You can't let others tear you down"

"He cursed Frank."

"Cursed? Tell me" She says

And in a suprisingly business like tone

"Oh, that Frank's son'll betray him and kill him - but Frank only has daughters!"

SHe bites her bottom lip "True, but exact words are often the key to how a curse works, and it still must have alarmed him"

"I guess... but... I mean, he doesn't have any..."

"He said all kinds of crap about me, but I figure he was just talking about Not-Tanya, and I'm already dealing with her."

A raised brow at something

"What?"

"I thought the whole point of her taking on the name 'Nadeen' was to keep you from calling her 'Not-Tanya'. You're not really holding up your part of that"

"But she's not here..."

"You are here, and I know there are things you wouldn't to be called even when you were out of earshot"

She scowls.

"It's not fair."

"You agreed, she agreed. Seems fair to me" Tove says gently
