"Everything okay up there?" Anne Marie's voice/ Dirk says "Igotta ask her... " He rushes past, bound bound bound, cat in hand

SIv looks at her mom, smiling, "You're not just a bad ass in battle mom. Good navigating"

A bemused look as the red cap gallops by.

Nadeen sighs "Yes. Being told you're going to grow up to be some fat loser IF you were lucky"

A slight shrug at the praise. “Many years’ experience.”

"...yeah..."

"Of course, you realize, when sir valil hears of you giving out a cat, hes' gonna turn it into a joke?" Siv advises/warns

"yeah" Nadeen has little else to say then "We...should probably go back to the lodge. Do you want to come with?"

“Vali making a joke? It must be a day ending in Y.” Brekke goes to follow Dirk downstairs.

Siv says "Fine, but if he makes one comment about you peddling a shaved ...other name for cat around the barony, I'll have to kill him, mostly to save him from you and da" She follows, still very impressed with her mom

Dagmar tugs on her sleeves again, but nods. "Yeah. Getting cold. Bet Kerri has cocoa."

Brekke comes down to hear "Well, yes, I suppose that's fine. After all, Symon has Lovecraft, or maybe it's the other way around"

Nadeen does not sound like a sidhe quite when she says "My god, her coco's sinfully good. I could swim in it."

“Duly noted,” she says to Siv, then approaches the other conversation. “I hope you do not mind, Anne Marie. Peach might get overlooked at the Lodge, with the current crowd of animals.”

"Peach? I thought her name was 'Scrot'" She looks at Dirk//Dirk shrugs "That's the sissy name they gave her. But it's okay, she can be Peach, long as she's mi... here"

Anne Marie beams at him

“Cats’ names are flexible matters.”

"yeah..flexible... I'm gonna take the cat upstairs and stuff.... and get a litter box. I uhm. .Found one " he bounds up the stairs

Anne Marie sighs "Oh dear 'found one'. I'll ask the neighbors if they're missing one tomrorow and return that after getting a new one" she looks to the chieftain "Thank you, Chieftain. That was a wonderful thing you did"

Brekke shakes her head. “They bonded at the Lodge. This is the next natural step.

"I have to confess, I was worried he'd some poor creature rather than bond with it..." Anne Marie says //"Well, he did try to eat a horse" Siv observes/"Beg pardon?" Anne Marie says//"Sorry... " Siv says "A chimerical arrival"//"Oh my. Would you two like to stay for a bit? I can get some tea or lemonade?"

"Honestly, I'm glad I have cheerleading as an excuse to visit " A slight smile back from the sidhe or so it seems "Dame Kerri is..her food is reason for anyone to hang around."

“Thank you, but I need to return to the Lodge and check that Lady Nadeem and Dagmar are maintaining a level of peace.”

Anne Marie says "Oh, lodge full of teenage girls, speaking of herding cats"//Siv's mouth opens "We're not that bad"//Anne Marie gives Siv a look/"Mostly" Siv amends

"Wait till you have Tove's..." A not of proprietary pride.

"Spicy you say..." As the two girls head to the lodge

“Hm.” A glance at Siv, then a nod to Anne Marie. “Please give Dirk our farewells.” She heads for the door.

"I shall." Anne Marie givs a smiles/ Brekke and her daughter head outside, and Siv smiles "You know you love us. " This is true. But no need to encourage her too much

A quirked eyebrow and a slight wry grin are the only reply as they head home.

Dagmar might rejoice. Tove is living with them! And she knows everything! Okay, not everything, but neat things. LIke now? She's turning a log into Thor! Slowly, steadily...and she's looking at a movie poster to do this 'right' ...it's going to be the Marvel version

Dagmar is draped untidily across the couch, leaning over the arm to watch the older wilder work.

Tove hums softly as she works, even when doing other things she can make music. Dagmar and Jaymes can both sit quietly for an hour straight and be cool with that. Tove doesn't quite have that gift, and yet the sounds she makes? Well, that's okay.

"You could make a lot of money off those, I bet."

"Might be illegal" She sighs "Copyrights and trademarks Blah" But she ponders "Still, if I find out I could... you might be right.. Could be a good idea indeed, Dagmar"

"Well, it's your skill, not like you are using a photo...."

"mmm I suppose, but I'm cautious" She smiles "Besides, this is for you. You wanted advice in woodworking for shop and such."

"I finished the birdhouse for Jaymes..."

"For Christmas. Yule. Whatever."

"Did it come out how you like?" She says

"Mostly...."

"It's blue, though. His favorite."

"He'll love it" She assures the younger wilder "And yes, he does like blue. " An amused look, "Vali played a prank on him that I have to confess I found was pretty funny"
