A nod "Good. We got muscle, we need to get brains but she's on the way ,and I'm.. good luck or something" Siv says

Bancroft says "Not to encourage this hunt which could get you all killed, but you're more than good luck. You have your parents 'courage in you."

Siv blushes "No one is as brave as my da or ma, but thank you." A look to Dagmar "This COULD get you killed. You sure you want to help?"

She frowns, amber eyes briefly flicking over to the sidhe before returning to Siv. "Did you hear why he attacked Olgar?"

"Aye. It was part of an alliance with the bug fellow after ye."

"Exactly." She scowls.

"Then..why not go after the Bug man instead?" Bancroft says

"Could do that, too."

"Bug guy hurt Tove. And Jaymes."

"I... " Siv stops, "Well, since they are allies it makes sense." She clearly got stuck on the Fir Bholg "But taking down Fir Bholg is more.. mythic?" A smile , kind of weak and hopeful

"is that what you really are doing this for?" He points out to her "When, Dagmar is right, Bug guy already hurt someone close to all of you as well?"

Siv glares at him, then says "noooo."

"Well then" A shrug "Dagmar doesn't have to worry about getting on trods that way. And with his ally down, the silver will soon affect the Fir Bholg again."

Bancroft, now that he must speak more than a few words, seems to speak mostly in a lvel logical tone

A snort. "Everybody is so up in arms about trods."

"Bet I could hit extra hard in the dreaming."

"mmmph." The sidhe tilts his head "And as a sluagh, you wouldn't be able to find bug man in the Dreaming"

"What ooh..wel not likely no" Siv says

"Yeah? huh."

"Just like a troll would get stronger, a sluagh would get even stealthier" Siv says

"I guess, sure..."

"We're missing something" Siv paces back and forth. The slightest of smiles from the sidhe as Siv begins to make a furrow in the floor boards, but it vanishes if Siv looks. "Okay, BUg man should be easier to fight, but we have to find him. The Fir Bholg lord Urvix'thi might be easier to lure out and fight, but harder to beat. We take out Urvix'thi, Bug man is down an ally but still might get a new one. We take out Bug Man...Urvix might linger about, but he'll have a harder time"

"Bug Man is why Ur-vix is here."

"So..fine, we go after Bug Man... tis true, I guess part of me is mad for Uncle Olgar, but I ain't happy about the pain to Tove and Uncle Jaymes either" She assures Dagmar

"Besides, if he keeps up... you know? If it's because of me..."

"This is not your fault" Siv says "The mans' off his nut"

"It's not her fault, but I can see why she would see it as her problem" Bancroft says with a slight tone of sympathy and understanding

"Well, it's not a problem she'll face alone." A nod

"So - we what? Beat him up and tell him to get out of town?"

"Bring him to Brekke?"

"Bring him to me mother for justice. We..can't kill his mortal body. "

"Because of the escheat, right."

"Exactly so," Bancroft says. "Chimerical death is more... likely to be okay, but if you can take him alive, not an easy thing to do with sluagh- they squirm, then you have shown the power of the lodge on a whole new level."

"I don't care about that, I just want him to stop hurting everyone..."

Siv smiles at that, "You're a good person, Dagmar. "

"Dunno. Maybe. Maybe I'm just being selfish. Everybody here has been real good to me, it ain't right they're getting hurt because of it."

"Maybe it's both"

A sigh. "Maybe..."

"whatever the reason, I'm glad you are with us" Siv says "Well, I'll be grounded for life, that's the other thing. But if it helps get this Bug man out, its worth it

"Agreed."

"But really, did anybody say we couldn't fight him?"

"Grumps are funny creatures. No one said I couldn't leave a note, borrow a flying ship and rescue folks- but I still got grounded." Siv says with a sigh "I guess it was deceptive of me and THAT was wrong but blast it they make it hard"

"isn't this the same thing? Deception wise?" The sidhe points out

"This time I won't leave a note" Siv mutters

"Well, don't we have a duty to protect everyone?"

"We do" Siv nods "o course"

"At least everyone in your fief perhaps" Bancroft says

"No, everyone. Because we're strong."

Bancroft frowns but doesn't say anything.

Siv offers Dagmar a fist bump
