Frank drifts away a bit, going to his desk and finding paper and pen.

Brekke watches him go, then turns to Perry. "Do you wish to stay here, or do you feel drawn elsewhere?"

"If you'll have me, I'd like to stay in the area? Feels wooded, room..."

She nods. "Yes. There are other chimera here along with several fae. Do you hunger or thirst now?"

"A touch of a drink would be welcome, oddly not hungry" Perry admits

Frank is writing when he hears a "What the hell?" from outside

Brekke's about to get the pixie water, but she sighs and goes to investigate the noise.

Frank is also going to the door.

Vali has slipped free from a Dryad's clutches.. it would appear some of his clothes are torn at

the dryad is running as an English Springer spaniel is chasing her deeper int othe woods barking furiously

Again, she works very hard at restraining a grin. "I see you have met...Ashley."

"Vali." Frank nods soberly.

"Does Ashly know I'm dating an ex soldier who's a crackshot and a bomb expert?" He gasps

"I believe she does, now." She welcomes him inside. "I hope Tiffany does not wound her too badly."

"Me too" Vali says "And I hope she doesn't bite ME. Women don't blame their guys for strange women coming onto them do they?" Alarmed

"Not after all the trouble I went to."

"Not every time, no, Vali."

Vali blinks, "What, we couldn't get a dryad two years ago?"

Frank makes the introductions inside as needed.

Introductions are made stories are told, things explained. Eveentually Tiffany does come in, on two legs. She eyes Vali with a side eye, but is very nice to Frank and Brekke and yes, the others she's only now meeting

((Sorry, lag.)) Brekke narrowly misses glancing at Frank after Vali's comment about strange women.

"Vali, Tiffany, the newcomers are those who have been rescued from the game machine. Some could not retain their mortal form, and are now chimera. And that includes Ashley."

"you mean somewhere out there she's looking for a tree?" Tiffany wags slightly at some thought

Vali blinks, then turns "Frank? Are you okay? that can't be what you hoped for and... well I know house LIam values mortal souls"

Frank sighs. "It is.... less than I hoped for, but all I could do."

"If you need help in the follow up, let me know..." A pause and a glance back to Tiffany "Though maybe someonne else should handle Ashley"

"Thank you. And yes. Perhaps Tiffany can assist again. Or Brekke might."

"Perhaps." A sigh. "I think Ashley will be a challenging element to the lands...but not one that cannot be handled."

the baron says "I think Galata and i will begin to head back with the arcade machine." He moves towards the Chieftain, "Baroness, thank you for letting us your hold to center this on. I know it was a gamble and appreciate you taking it" He offers his hand

She shakes hands with him. "I am honored to have been able to help, My Lord. Do you need this carried to your transportation?"

"I think Galtea has it" Indeed, the golem is almost troll strong

"I do" she assures "Thank you, all. Sir Frank? If you like, I'll send you word on my final plans after the week and let you know where I am found"

"Well...good." Brekke nods. "Thank you, Baron, for all your information and assistance in this."

"Well, it was Sir Frank who really is to thank for saving them" he says and then he and Galtea head out.

"Yes." She nods as the Baron leaves, and then turns to Frank. "I know. And I am proud of you."

Frank bows to the Baron as he leaves.

Then gives Brekke a wan smile.

Olgar gathers the enchanted humans "I'm gonna drop these folks off now that they've eatten."

"Thank you. I should make notes while they are fresh."

Brekke is familiar with Frank's studious record-keeping, so she merely nods, rests a hand on his shoulder briefly, and goes to get him a coffee.

"Olgar, thank you." To the mortals she says, "May you wake easily, and live well."

"At least the game is over" One says with relief "Finally "

"Yes. Finally. Be well."

Frank sits and makes his notes.

And then, the hold is..as if the arcade game had never beeen heree, safe for Perry (And somewhere out there Ash)

Brekke sets a mug of coffee near Frank, another light touch on the shoulder, then she lets him work.

He looks up and smiles to her, a stronger smile this time, and goes back to work.

"Perry, let me show you the grounds...." And she escorts the pixie out of the Lodge to get the lay of the land.

"My thanks," Perry says "This... this is magical." And he flutters after
