Frank hits the gas, narrowly avoiding the zombie biker trying to smash into the side. Olgar lobs a grenade from top the roof and is grumbling "We gotta free the mortals, he says. It's a duty he says." BOOM

Well, here he is in the video game again, a Dougal is along though "By bringing this device in here I think I found a way to cause a glitch, allowing us access that waiting room, but we can't afford to use any lives until the opportunity arises."

"Doing the best I can, My Lord... just say when."

"Right, not yet..oh dear god, is that bridge out?" //From above "Hey Frank, the Bridge is out! '

/roll 7 noexplode

Frank gets the vehicle to leap the bridge anyway, but for a moment it does seem like they might slide off the road

Still steady

The Baron wipes his brow "That was close"

Frank grunts agreement, grateful he didn't put it in the ditch; Olgar would never let him hear the end of it.

Indeed, "Why don't you just let me bend the dream stuff of this stupid game?!"

"Because, Master Rover" the Baron says testily "the game's glitch is hard enough to predict as it is! If you go bending it, we might never find it, or even close our window of opportunity."

"Let the man work, Olgar....." Frank double-taps the horn, swerves, and straightens it out.

It straightens and swerves. Olgar grumbles "Find, but I feel like I'm fighting with my balls tied here" A few more foes converge... but that's when the Dougal says "There, off road! HARD LEFT"

Frank TURNS.

They turn hard and off road, the game protests, and bits begin to flicker. Pain shoots through their bodies as the baron says "Keep going, we'll hit the glitch"

Frank grits his teeth, stoically withstanding the pain. "Feels like the glitch is hitting us."

Frank for a moment knows what it's like to be broken down to 16 bits and have bits scatter but then collapses back and ... the baron mashes buttons on a device and the trucck rips into...

Screams as they crash into limbo, the waiting room, knocking chairs over. Fortunately no one is hurt or run over

Frank struggles to stop the video game rig.

It stops, impossibly . Video games don't always take inertia into account. In this case, that's a good thing.

Frank grips the wheel, then makes his fingers relax. "Olgar, you dead yet?"

"And let you outlive me ? Not gonna happen lambchop" Adding "Also Kerri would bitch me out for the next three lives. I'm good"

"What's going on?" "Wait, I know him" "Yeah, he was here before" "but he's got three marks on his arm, three lives, that's impossible"

"Right." He turns to the Baron. "My Lord? What's next?"

"We give up our lives to jump start their new existences... keep one for yourself or you die here.. so each of us can grant two."

"You stole this from Jumanji 2" Olgar mutters

Frank nods, popping the door open to jump down and taking note of how many souls are in the room.

Six people exactly, the Dreaming is kind

"So what about my egress?" Olgar says

"Jump? Climb?" Frank suggests, still counting. He nods to himself. "My Lord, how exactly do we transfer the lives?"

"that's coming up, don't do it yet or they'll slip out, What I need you to do" The baron says "Is seal the place so no one, not even us can get out eyt, then drop the seal and ccreate the ingress"

Frank frowns but nods. He turns to take stock of the room.

Olgar works his magic, grunting a chant and there's a sound of a lock or latch

"As for how we do this..take their wrist, and feed them a drop of glamour, this wire will help do the rest." he loops it around.

the baron said (OOC: to be clearer)

OOC And to be even clearer, the Baron wants Frank (and Olgar) to seal the room; windows, doors, cracks, etc. They transfer the lives to two mortals each, and then UNseal the room and they all escape.

OOC: Sorry. there are no doors, or windows. this is the waiting room that they're trapped in normally. He wants it sealed magically so that when they get a life back they don't jump bacck into game like any player would. then they transfer the lives like you said... he drops the ward and flushes them out into the Near Dreaming instead, and hopefully you've all saved them.

OOC GOTCHA.

Frank shakes his head. "My Lord, I don't have Sovereign as an Art. I can Portal Passage with Wayfare, but I can't seal anything."

"He's talking to me, Frank' Olgar says "Not by weaver ward but by bending the Dreaming aspects of this place..."//"That and I'll help" the baron says "Olgar and I will handle that part, Sir Franklyn. In fact, it's done. Just grab someone's hand and give up a life."

Frank nods, and approaches the mortals. "We're here to bring you all out of here; out of this game and back to your homes. Each of us can take two, so you can all leave."

"Me..." "Oh no me please..." they start to swarm Frank

"Two each!" he orders, passing four of them back to Olgar and the Baron. The last two he keeps, taking their wrists and passing them Glamour.

And they do, but as the baron gives up one of his lives , the pimple faced teenagre says "now please.." And tries somehow to tear it from him.. there's a horrid sream, and the one videogame player ceases to be

Frank looks stricken, holding onto the wrists of his own two passengers.

"I'm sorry I tried" t he baron says "Olgar, we can't hold on any longer ,egress..."
