Tiffany snuggles with Vali.

"What's a hamster dance?"

Siv is talking to Connor, "And the woods around here are grand. There are forest paths that really are kept up. Mum nows them all, but I'm learning."

"You don't want to know." A voice whispers from the shadows as Symon slouches into view. "It's an earworm, and not a good one. And the animation is... ugh."

"Symon!" A grin. "Wasn't sure if you were gonna make it out. It's all summery."

Jaymes turns to see thee sluagh "Oh thank goodness, someone who knwos this tube stuff. "

"Hey, Symon." Sylvi smiles.

"It's not so bad when the light goes down. And I needed Ann Marie to help haul this." He tugs something into view - a gen-u-ine granny grocery cart, but with something black and electronic-looking bundled inside, peeking out from the quilt it's wrapped in for safekeeping. Colorful quilt, rather gaily decorated.

"What's that? Looks like some kind of crazy bag lady thing..."

A scowl. "It's too heavy for me to carry, ok?" Thin arms crossing across his chest.

Sylvi glances over to check on Gerd's state of consciousness as the night wears on.

He tugs the cart closer, hissing a bit as the wheels catch on a rock and he struggles to pull it free. "It's... what's... inside... that matters... right?" Huff, puff.

"What'd you do?" Sylvi asks Sy.

Gerd is staying awake

Olgar slurps some coffee, and eyes Kerri

Torin and his daughter sing "The Green Leaves of Summer" which is kind of a sleepy sounding song, and does not help

"What is it?"

Kerri smiles smugly at Olgar and stands up to tug on his hand...she pulls him to dance with her as Tove and Torin sing.

Olgar takes his wife into his arms and s ways with her

Colton smiles at this, and while her parents are busy, steals a kiss BACK from Sylvi

Impatient. "I can help." She reaches to pick up the granny cart.

It's not so much 'stealing' as the kiss is happily returned.

Jaymes smiles a bit as Dagmar seems to be perked up by Symon's presence

He frowns, but steps away and lets her pull it. "It's for you, anyways. " Arms crossed again, and he looks away. "The quilt is from Ann Marie, but you can just shove it in a closet, honest. She'll never know."

"That was... nice... of her."

Sally Mae seems to have taken it as her job to make sure the Wayburton family don't pester the Chief too much.

If she takes it out to look at it, it is a colorful, handmade quilt, with a norse mythology pattern worked in... Slightly less comical/childish than this, but still similar in style.

"She heard you liked Thor, but didn't really -get it-" He explains, cheeks flushing a sallow greyish purple in embarrasment.

"She... made this? Like, all of this?"

"Yeah, she likes that kinda stuff. And it keeps her busy, and out of my hair...." Said hair falling in his face - he's not out of his OWN hair...

"It's a boggan thing." Shrug.

Sylvi hears Dagmar's question and looks over curiously...and her eyes get really big. "Whoa. That's....wow."

She crumples up the quilt, tense.

jaymes looks impressed, "That's... she's got some talent, Sy"

"I'm sorry." He whispers, lower than usual, over to Dagmar. "She -insisted-, said everyone needs a quilt. You should see the one I got for Christmas..."

Sylvi watches Dagmar crumple the quilt, briefly confused, but then she gets an "Oh" expression and just looks a little sad.

"Oh. Okay."

And somewhere, the perceptive might hear it. Someone is snoring

"Wait, shhh...." Sylvi tries to target in on the victim.

It's...Vali! And Tiffany's tail is wagging

Kerri grins. "Oh, you get first dibs. What are you going to do, should I ask?"

Brekke shakes her head. "Of all people, he should know better. We all have cause for vengeance."

"Uncle vali?" Gerd blinsk and yawns "But he pranks others, he even slept an hour during today to make sure he'd be uptonight"

Tiffany smiles "Well, a lock of his hair is possible, but I was thinking of getting my make up kit out..." CHecking with others

As the others are distracted, Symon slinks in closer to Dagmar. "Hey, I can get rid of it if you don't like it, really. Didn't mean to get you mad. Not going to hulk out, are you?"

Her jaw juts out, mouth and eyes strained. "Yeah. It's stupid."

Kerri raises her hand, "I fully support the Vali Make-Over endeavor." Brekke follows suit, as does Sylvi. Even Flopsy agrees."

Frank raises his hand, with an un-Mountain-like smirk.
