"Sure, didn't mean to slight it, well, not at first. Could be fun. And this boyfriend seems nice. No wonder Doug Brentwood realizes he hasn't a chance."

Doug is interested? Huh

"Wait...what did Doug say?" Sylvi's definitely surprised.

"You don't know he thinks your the bomb? How do others miss this stuff?"

A blink. "I guess...no? I mean...well, okay, that's good to know. And Colton's not my 'boyfriend'...like I said."

"True, but Doug's not going to ask, he's too shy."

"He is? I guess...I didn't know that." A pause. "Huh."

"well, if you want the skinny on who is really into whom..."

"I really shouldn't...but I really do." She laughs. "So, when do you want to come visit and get a sword lesson and tell me everything?"

"Hey, great, we'll call it a trade," she laughs

"Perfect!"
