Mr. D, hubby and I have been watching a series called Haven. It's supposed to take place in Maine, but it's filmed in Nova Scotia. Every shot I see that I recognize just makes the "maybe it's time to move" ache get worse.

I mean, I appreciate the thought but, it's 100% ok. Promise.

I have been gaming out various tactics too. DH is an immigrant, Things have dual cit. One of the Things is of age and draftable. Things that keep me up at night.

Nova Scotia is where my friend went and loved. I think that's where I'd go if i were independdently wealthy and allowed. THough at this rate Canada might build a wall

Re: military -- I try not to think too much about Beren in the Nat Guard.

Last time we were there was 2009 or so; I was told next time to just get in the immigration line (into Oz) with my family instead of going into the 'other' line and making them wait but who know what's changed. I'm thinking that, if needed, DH and Things could go and set things up for me to follow.

Hopefully it won't be necessary.
