I had a bit of a revelation this morning talking with one of my health team; the nutritionist.

Yes?

We were talking about my abject failure to do movement like I had set my goals for, and I mentioned that we'd voted (Thing1's first....) at a senior center in the area and they had a fitness center there for $10/year.

TEN DOLLARS A YEAR.

That is a VERY GOOD DEAL!

Sure beats other prices for gyms etc

So yes, I signed up for it while waiting to vote and THAT was when it hit me; how to marry my desire to change habits and my desire FOR CHANGE.... vote=fitness center. Be the Change you want to see. Ok.... I gotta stick around a little longer. I need to move to survive. I'm not going to let them win, not on THIS point. I can do something about it. I can move.

I can walk in the morning and I can gym on the weekends.

Tomorrow I use Map My Walk at the Ren Fair and then I keep going.

And whenever I get sad, or frustrated, or enraged, or... well, you know... I MOVE MY BODY.
