It's stupid shit. Like, she's taking points off for not using technology in a lesson, which is NOT required. She's only supposed to give points on that if it's present, not take points away if it's not.

She seems to think that the established teachers must be bad teachers who never use modern or challenging teaching methods. She seems to think she can Bring This Revolutionary Knowledge To The Suffering Underprivileged District, and Fix Us. :face_with_rolling_eyes:

She did a presentation at the last faculty meeting, and a lot of teachers just walked right out of the meeting because it was so insulting to be taught methods that are already a quarter-century old.

Like, lady, we ALL have masters degrees (at least) in this shit.

Oh, yes. The veteran teacher I mentioned before spelled it out for her in her post-observation conference. We're waiting to see what the repercussions are going to be.
