My first armstreet dress came. It's the wrong blue 😞

I have a very significant deficiency in Vitamin D, so I take D3 everyday. D3 comes in a lot of different doses (all OTC), and I've been taking 5000 iu/day. Well...turns out I was supposed to be taking 1000 iu/day. I've been quintupling my doses.

Turns out there's such a thing as Vitamin D toxicity, which results in things like exhaustion, bone pain, and digestive issues....all the things that have been plaguing me for MONTHS.

I have been -mostly- remembering to take my D vits but sometimes not the evening pill. I will send my doc a message with the dosages and timing. A chewy in the morning and a pill at night.
