Got a lil arthritis flare going on which makes sleeping problematic.

Being CHALLENGED (mostly good) at work, but it means brain power.

I was in a meeting today? Me, a Specialist; basically entry level. The other three people? VPs or higher.

I haven't had much luck with warm water relief with arthritis. Time and sometimes anti-inflamatories.
