Some of the big expense is really in gearing up for two weeks of camping. So cost depends on what you have - at least half of the attendees have modern tents, not everyone drops the big money on period encampments. (I believe Rickard said the kitchen trailer was something like 2-3 grand in materials, and we did the labor.)
