Going to have Sphagetti

'Ghetti is good.

We did chicken meatballs from Ikea with lingonberry jelly or a cocktail meatball sauce, leftover veggies, and mash potatoes.

I ate a bit too much

And the meatballs with jelly or cocktail sauce sounds fancy

Not sure how long I'll be on tonight. Carbs are gonna get me

Funny thing, the cocktail sauce is grape jelly and enchilada sauce, mixed 50/50.

But we were out of grape jelly so I used all the jelly-bits and bobs we had. The OG recipe is GOOD. This one? Meh.

I think another time I would not use enchilada sauce with the combo of jelly I had. I'd use the jellies I had, loosen with some juice and add more sparking juice.

I feel so primitive compared to the rest of you when it comes to food.

I've been doing this a while. Planning and feeding 2, 3, 4 over the years and having to find inspiration.

And in the course of that, learning a thing or two.

I do find Alton Brown fun to watch!

He is. From what I understand, he drove his own teachers nuts asking for the science behind stuff

He's earned his spurs.

Now folks go to that school because Alton Brown did, and they want to learn like 'he did' Chuckle
