Writing a bit, not feeling great but been worse.

Feeling better than previously, as well. Less overwhelmed.

Sounds like everybody's feeling on the high side of "meh."

And, to amuse you BrekkeP, the last two days of work (Fri, Mon) and tomorrow are/will be spent reading scholarship essays....

There were over 500 applications....

So I have 30 or 40 to go through.

Some of these folks did not understand the assignment.

smirk Yeah, the number of times I have to remind them that "maximum word count" and "respond to prompt" are serious....

Mind you, some probably have ONE scholarship essay they share out to everybody, so they're being pretty hit-or-miss.

I mean... so far one of mine is 6 words over the limit but I'm not complaining about that. And yes, definitely that. And some just didn't understand what we wanted to see.

What are your educational goals?

Well, once upon a time I would recharge with gaming, but recharging is coming from Getting House And Life In Order at the moment.

With intermittent periods of brain-dead-ness.

Also I do have a housemate I game with from time to time, one on one. So I am okay with popping on just to say hi and hear how my friends are doing in the off season if need be
