We're watching Star Trek: Prodigy which is a Paramount/Nickelodeon project. It's definitely got a kid-targeted tone, but that's not exactly out of keeping with classic Trek.

Today was clean out the fridge day. The boys weren't excited about the idea but we ate pretty well.

The onions and bacon that were flavor/garnish for a chicken dish joined leftover canned diced tomatoes for omelets at breakfast, paired with leftover baked beans and even (for those that wanted) pear & cheese ravioli.

Dinner was roast beef sandwiches as a French dip, zucchini planks with balsamic and brown sugar, make-your-own salad, and baked potatoes.

I cheated and did 'em in Chef Mike, then tossed 'em in olive oil and salt and stuck 'em in the oven to stay warm.
