He's been interested, topically, in stagecraft for a bit. Not in ACTING but in tech. And until you get to the college level, no one offers tech studies. But I have offered to help and talk him through things. He hasn't taken me up on it but....

I did get him some library books.

Yes, comm theatres but nothing about tech for kids on line. He's in middle school so... we'll wait. Also, HS has drama club/program/center.

In this on demand workshop, students will watch Q&A videos of theatre professionals focusing on Acting, Stage Management / Production Management, Development / Fundraising, Marketing, New Play Development, Artistic Director, Box Office, Managing Director, Lighting Design, Sound Design, Costume Design, Set Design and Props Design. Students will then complete a walk-in-the-shoes activity for each career area.
All Middle and High School Workshops align with Florida Standards in Reading, Speaking and Listening, Theater Arts, and Social Studies.
